chick was too busy on her phone for the few customers in drive thru..1st, had issue with overcharging, she kept talking in spanish, started talking to other drive thru ppl when i was trying to get sauces for my kid's meals,she closed window n i had to sit there until she decided to notice..also..this was my $2.11 coffee..might as well go to stripes and get a full cup for .99.
Took a while to get order taken. 4 employees were gossiping in the kitchen. Lady that took order had a bad attitude, wouldn't let me finish talking when ordering. There was a big puddle of water by the beverage machine. Two of the tables were covered in ants. At least they got the order right, after the long wait. The restaurant was empty by the way.
There was a really strong gas smell. The cleanness was not very good. There is no diaper changing table on the restroom.
We went there on Christmas since it was the only open fast food restaurant we could find. I got the chicken burger and honestly it was quite mediocre. The sauce packets were sticky and the place didn't look very looked after. My brother said the classic burger was nice, but as for me, I wouldn't go back.
Have an employee named Miguel and he was just splendid, great customer service from him, my family and I felt like at home. On the other hand there were two cashiers, with bossy attitude no courtesy, but did their job. Food was well done and served fast.
The Jack in the Box is amazing the food is great especially the tacos. I love the curly fries because their curly and good. So if you haven't go their of any of your friends or family haven't go their,then you should really go their like right know.
They ate my bacon! Lol
I normally like to eat here but some girl with red hair was extremely rude and when I got my meal she yelled and said ayy ta and threw my meal on the table I will no longer come here again I would not recommend anyone to come here
