This Jack-in-the-Box needs some major updates. Sadly it has seen better days. The dining room is dated shabby and they have brought him temporary air conditioning to handle the heat. The food is the same but while eating I just have to think if the kitchen is in better shape than the dining room. The soda machine was out of many of the flavors. Not their best store. Shame, this used to be a nice location.

Several times I have gone to the drive thru before work at 5am and they always tell me that they can't take any orders at the moment. After seeing someone at the window, I questioned why they were able to order and they told me to order online. Don't say your drive thru is 24 hours if the employees are just not gonna take orders.

I happen to go here during lunch hours for my daughters togo order. Thank goodness I checked my bag in my car because I was served nuggets from the kids meal that I could literally crack on the table. They were obviously old and were sitting under the heat. Her fries were cold as well. Cashier was great but he was filling up the ice bin when I brought my food back inside so I got stuck talking to the back cook who acted like she could not speak english but heard her speak English to the employee clocking in. She was very annoyed that she had to remake my food so much so that the front desk guy apologized to me. I understand them not being busy but you've got to keep food edible. Absolutely terrible. I will now strictly go to the Jack in the box in my city where service is super nice and the food is always fresh.

Went through the drive thru at 9pm on august 13, 2023. Waited at the speaker box for 5 minutes. There was only one car in front of me. Got no response so I pulled up to the window as the next logical thing to do. The male employee was yelling at me for “not ordering at the speaker box and said I am making the other car that just pulled up to wait for 5 minutes” and refused service. I left the drive thru hungry. As a fast food worker of 3 years, I’ve never seen such bad service especially when there was no rush or influx of cars coming in.

Not the cleanest kitchen area once you are inside the, stick freezer, dirt around grill areas and walls but fast and consistent service with an emphasis on risk vs reward

The absolute worst chicken fajita pita I have ever had from Jack in the Box! It was very sloppily put together. There was exactly 3 tiny pieces of lettuce, 1 mini piece of tomato huge chunk of onion and chicken pieces. The pita itself was torn on one side with holes so when you picked it up the whole pita fell apart! Not the first time the quality has been sub par. Not going to this location in future.

Love me some Jack-In-The Box - for the past 30 plus years! Just not this location due to inconsistent pricing in both Drive-Thru and restaurant lobby menu, where you are paying 20 Cents - 40+ Cents more than what is advertised. Also my simple orders are typically missing items or made incorrectly.

We went to drive thru but my biggest issue is the speaker system at this location... It's outdated as all get out! They need to update their drive thru speaker system as well as other Jack in the box locations throughout the state. Good food but when you can barely hear the employee who is taking your order..,.. just sayin 🤔💭
