Really great food!!!! Had Jack in the Box for the first time here and was a huge fan. I'm not a huge fan of the prices I feel like its waaaaay overpriced but at least the foods very good! Service here is so-so but as long as the food is good, I'm happy
The overall experience was great. Every time I stop by and Javier is there I always have an amazing time. Haven’t seen him in a while, but hope he is doing well!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The Hispanic lady running the drive through has zero customer service skills. I’m asking her a question at the window and she just walks away. Then she hands my my food and did not look in my direction at all. No greeting, no smile, no nothing. My coworkers stated they don’t go to this location because of the customer service. I refuse to give my business to a place that hires people with zero customer service.
Took almost 10 minutes at window, only car there for two cold and cold fries. We sat there trying to get women attention to exchange fries for actual hot ones, not left over pieces that didn't fill bag, unbelievable. She continued to ignore us and talk with other Co worker, as we waited and waited and was ignored, finally had to get to work and leave, just to not eat and drink a flat soda also. Never going back to this location, three bad times means bad employees place sucks
I came here at around 2:30am after working a night shift. I was so hungry, and it was pretty much the only place open around that area. I got a double Jack, no tomato add bacon, and I have to say - it was one of the best take-out burgers I've ever had. It was fresh, hot and tasted absolutely delicious. This is now my regular late night, fast food joint.
Milk shake had more whipped cream than actual ice cream. I hated the way they made it. I should of gone bk to get a properly made one but, I was running late to meet my friend at grocery store.
I came at 1:30 in the morning not expecting much. The service was amazing Christian was really awesome. I've worked retail for 10 years and I can say he is a man of of customer service being number 1. You can either recruit champions or develop them he's a jem, keep doing what you doing!
It's fine. I love tacos but there isn't much to look forward to.
