I went to buy the chicken fajita but the restaurant they’re out of bread so I order different food but I forgot to order the curly fries and I told the boy if I can get the curly fries and not the regular fries and the person in cashier told the girl in the back no I need pay extra., also the person in front of me was waiting for long time and she left the restaurant she was very unhappy with the service.,

Jack in The Box is always delicious, clean dining area, polite & prompt staff. Also the fella that helped me had a cool hairstyle, so an additional 5 stars to him for his excellent service & really cool hair. 🤘💚🤘💯

I sent my daughter to bring me a Meat lover’s burrito, the burrito was smaller than my cell phone on size and no bacon on it, called the store and the lady was rude, she told me the burrito sizes “vary by store “ and she asked to take the burrito back to add the bacon, of course I’m not going back, I always get my food at the victory and Fallbrook location without a problem.

I won't be going back to this Jack in the box EVER again. Randy has terrible customer service. My girlfriend & I ordered a Sourdough Jack with medium curly fries & a medium Hi-C punch thru the drive thru. Ate my food & went back in to get a refill with the same cup & he asked me for a receipt. For a refill for a drink? Really? Then tried to clown me in front of his colleague asking if she'd ever served me before.. yea gob s•t.. bc I didn't go in and order.

I’ve nvr experienced such horrible service from a Jack n the Box location before. They must have new mgmt bc I nvr experienced such immature behavior. I order a chicken sandwich and after paying for it, I asked for 2 ranch cups. A completely normal amount of ranch for a large chicken sandwich. They said they have to charge 30¢ for the 2nd one. I asked if I could simply get a second ranch in lieu of me not asking for ketchup. It’s such a petty charge and I refuse to pay for condiments when I’m asking for a normal amount. I’d completely understand if it was a packet of ranch w name brand but it’s not. I was told they had to charge me after I already received my card back. I said that I didn’t want to pay for the ranch but want/need 2 ranches for a chicken sandwich so I asked for a refund. The Mgr issued the refund quickly but when I asked if I could see the receipt he said I could take a picture but couldn’t have it. Understandable bc I didn’t leave w any food. So I simply asked if I could read the refund so I know it was returned. I left next door to get Gyro tacos at Arby’s and when I got home I checked my acct to see if it appeared. I noticed they refunded me less than the charge amount. Literally the difference of the cost for a ranch haha. They obviously did that on purpose haha 😂. Pathetic but funny. It makes sense now why the Mgr wouldn’t let me see the receipts when I initially asked. So I called the location and spoke to a male employee who claimed he was a team lead. I mentioned the issue above that it seriously appeared they refunded less than what I was charged on purpose. He said it was an “accident” but offered to let me speak w a Mgr so I agreed. However, he hung up. He was clearly the person who charged my card the cost of a ranch and decided to hang up. Completely immature staff over a ranch that shouldn’t have been given a price tag in the first place.

It was good looks like they don't speak Spanish, but they do, I don't mind I'm mexican, the manager was very relaxing and smart.

The cashier was very very nice she had the best attitude I've ever seen in any jack in the box And I go to alot of them ...Thank u so much Ms Mystery lady ......

This is my favorite Jack in the Box because of 1 employee. She is always so kind, generous, and caring. Ive never seen her work without a smile on her face! If she isn't management then your employer is making a huge mistake. Sandy is an amazing employee who always makes my visit the best it can be!
