I tried to go into this jack n box tonight and it was locked up, both doors and closed for the night. Sign says dining room hours closen at 10 so does online, but it's 925. I tried knocking but they ignored me. I then called and told then that's not right. I'm disabled and it takes alot for me to get out of my car and walk up there. I checked store hours online to make sure they were open before I started walking and it said 10pm, but nope, they decide to close 40 min early. Even when I called she lied and said dining room closes at 9pm. Ridiculous. Need new honest workers who don't close the restaurant early!! Sign in picture says 10pm and you can see girl looking at me through glass window lol no wonder ever one are Karen's when this is the customer service we have these days.
I ordered my food. Then when I got to the window my food wasn't ready. I had to wait 2 minutes. 😡But, the food was delicious and the lady at the window was very nice. But it was $30!!!😡😡😡
22 minutes to get our order at 9am. The manager was more concerned about her drive thru numbers to help the guy struggling in the lobby to take care of the front guests. She even scolded him for touching drive thrus food instead of managing the restaurant. She worried about her job and what she was doing. Completely unaccountable for her actions and just argued over the issues going on. Felt bad for the guy who hadn't even ordered that was standing there for 10 minutes watching this go down. Lack of training. Lady is absolutely on a power trip and is rude to her other employees...the young white kid. Complained about the wait after 12 minutes and watching drive thru function properly. Took another 10 minutes to get 2 meals, mini pancakes and a sausage croissant.
It's Jack in the box, but the place could be cleaner and there's no self serve soda machine (there is but it's been broken forever).
