I just came to this jack n the box around a hour ago. I ordered a breakfast sausage sandwich. Once I got to the window, the team lead made me wait almost 5 minutes for my order. Once I got my food, and got home, I opened up the bag and it was a completely different order. I just wasted $12 and didn’t get ANYTHING I paid for. These companies and employees need consequences for what they STEAL from the general public due to employees not caring about their jobs. I’m pissed
How do you guys even serve fried that are dark brown cold?! Over fried cold food is your specialty dish?! Gross. When I tried calling, no one picked up the phone.👎
Just went through the drive thru and it took 25 minutes with only one car in front of us. They were out of the loaded and sauced wedges and last time were out of chicken. Ordered food without tomato, of course it had tomato, ordered curly fries got regular fries, ordered iced tea, it was so light and tasted like water. Food was over cooked and had no flavor. I keep telling myself to give place another chance because I really like Jack in the box. But this place sucks
This is 3rd time I’ve gotten burned, overcooked food! I checked bag before driving away, all food there, didn’t know burned until I got home! So much for my dinner & night…GRRRR!
Zero stars today. No apology, just excuses after not given a receipt and when asked for a receipt for the total refund I demand. I was told to take a picture with my phone. Long wait before order taken was my first clue, then asked to pull round to#2 for food to be brought out. The wait was over 20 minutes or more. No one came out to say what the issue was. The employee was rude to say the least. I will never return!
I’m just going to say this location has gone down hill. Just ordered there about 15 min ago and I threw my food away right away. How on earth do you have employees that are dirty as hell. The guy at the window his hands and nails were so dirty and black and I don’t mean nail polish that’s how much dirt was under his nails it made me nauseous and I wanted to throw up. It definitely needs the health dept to be called.
After telling myself to give this place another try. Got home today with a car full of kids to discover all the fries Where missing. Tried to call twice to tell them but they hung up. Thank you for making the BRADSHAW JACK IN THE BOX the best in the area. Worth the drive
This is by far one of the worst Jack in the box locations I have been to. It stinks bad in the restaurant like urine and their are homeless people in and out of here all day they spend most of the day In the parking lot. The food is never fresh when I have ordered it and the parking lot has trash everywhere.
