Their burgers and fries are the best in town. There burgers are always very good, but some days they are incredible, and today was one of those days. I bow my head to the five guts employees. Thank you, and yes, I did leave a good tip.
I don’t really go to Jack in the Box very often just because the wait time to get your order takes long. For this Jack in the Box downtown Puyallup was my 1st time,. The line was long like 10 vehicles in front of me. I was surprised the line was moving fast and the person working window was nice. I would definitely drive out of my was past the other Jack in the box to visit this store
They need adult supervision. The meal with a shake instead of soda cost more but still was a little over $20. My curly fries where not fresh at all. The box was half curly fries half regular. My bacon ultimate cheeseburger was nothing more than a mayonnaise soaked burger with no bacon on it at all. I’m upset I’m hungry paid twenty dollars and my meal literally sucked. The milkshake was not even frozen. It was liquid. I had to freeze it when I got home. Seems like if you show up a half hour before close they have already closed. Just want to burn rubber at 10pm.
Came by at 10:55 because I could see people in the drive-thru. Maps says it is closed and the large Jack in the Box sign is off. I'm sure they do this to keep the flow of traffic reasonable. Service was fast and food good.
1st time ever being at a Jack in the Box. Was a ver good experience. The Lady at the front was nice and made sure to ask if I wanted sauce and the avocado lime sauce was really great.
We placed two mobile orders at 9pm, when the sign was on and hours were listed as closing at ten. The employees refused to acknowledge us or give us our food. I tried contacting corporate and they completely blew us off and did not give us a refund, so they basically scammed us of $20+ dollars. Wish I could give them negative stars!! 😤
THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. Got refused service on a uber eats pick up order, their speaker was extremely rude, told me that their milkshake machine was down when it wasn't. I was trying to talk to him but he "couldn't understand" what i was saying Fire their crew!!
