Not open its 1am on a monday... why are you closed?? Definitely not 24hrs like your door says... i wonder if all the employees are sick or something... well whatever the reason it must be good for them to put a chair in the drive through as there way of saying we are not open lol
Drive-thru Order a Spicy Crispy Chicken, add cheese no tomato, and two tacos Wait in line Pull to the window where the worker just opens the window and holds her hand out for your card. No greeting, no verifying your order. Get a Spicy Crispy Chicken with a tomato and no cheese, two soggy tacos with no cheese or lettuce in them. This is pretty much the typical at the Port Orchard Jack In the Box. Shame on me for trying them again in the hope they'd improved
My wife's favorite location for taco comfort food. When ordering via the kiosk at the drive-thru, be sure and check your order upon receipt. If you add "extras," it may not come out as expected. Added condiments may not occur. We are still not ready to 'dine inside" but drive through and then eat in the parking lot. Sometimes this is best especially when the order is overlooked. I will give them props because they offered to remake the deficient order but it wasn't necessary. All it takes is to be aware of the details as ordered. We will continue to visit this location.
Randomly close throughout the day. I went to drive thru and they said they’d be closed for 10 minutes. I parked and waited. After 13 minutes I went back and was told they’d be closed another 5-10 minutes. I asked what was going on because I was told ten before and something different now. She rudely says it’s because she has to legally give employees breaks. Do you not know how long the breaks are? Could you not give proper information the first time? I was kind and polite the first time. The second time: I did not appreciate the improper information or the bs excuse of breaks. Management should be giving breaks at intervals. I watched several potential customers drive away. If they are short on employees then simply give proper information to customers so they can decide if it’s worth the wait. Since this happens often, I think they simply want to take breaks as a group to hang out. Very unprofessional. You should take pride in your work no matter what it is.
Terrible! And the prices were ridiculous and even more so considering to poor food we were served! We were told we were waiting on fries, implying the would be fresh and hot when delivered to our car but instead they were lukewarm at best and undoubtedly double dipped to freshen them up. They were YUCK! Is it really so hard to get your fountain sofa mixed correctly?
I ordered food at 9:28pm (i live i. Belfair so its a longish drive about 30 minutes) and the website said it was open 24 hours in the drive thru. I get there at 9:57 and I'm told there closed at 10 but ut aint 10 and I got denied my food. Man I spent 38 dollars for some food dude Can I jsut get my refund? Also could yall update your schedule so other ppl don't do the same thing I did.
The WORSE DRIVE THROUGH TOOK 20 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD THAT WAS SITTING UP TOP THIS IS FAST FOOD NOT ILL SERVE IT WHEN I FEEL LIKE IT . MY DAUGHTER WAS WAITING WAY TO LONG I HAF A LAND SCAPER AT MY HOUSE WAITING. MY FOOD WAS COLD AND THE PERSON AT THE SERVING INSIDE FOR HE EVWN GOT TO ME NEVER EVER EAT HERE ITS SUCKS
Food can be good. Key word is can be, if you ever get it. Night staff consistently seem to turn away people at night. Even blocking their drive through. Corporate needs to look into this.
