At the drive thru during midnight shift the dude kept rushing my order and continuously talking over me putting the wrong order on the screen while asking ANYTHING ELSE , I order two orders of tiny tacos and curly fries with my combos , with a rushed job I received neither of those items correctly, I was given tiny tacos with no sauce and one with , i recieved old/cold straight fries & I received no napkins with my food that is essential when ordering take out
Over all it's taking care of the homeless and the consumer. Impressively it's able to juggle both crowds seamlessly and without judgement or gripe. And remember if you go through the drive through and you see a homeless person. They just want tacos which are a 1.99 for two tacos. Maybe don't look the other way.... Any how thank you Jack. Truly American!
Ghetto area, but it's not their fault. Lots of activity around, but the workers are all nice and accommodating. Sometimes the wait is long because they get busy.
This is a rough part of town. Dude passed out in the grass in front of the place. Another pacing the front door. Felt like we needed to watch our backs while we were there. Could use security. Service and food was good tho.
What kind d if jack n the box is out of tacos???! Very dissappinted, because i had to wait forever for someone to take my order to find out " no tacos, and then wait in line behind three other cars to get out of the line. When I finally got up to the window and looked inside, the place was a mess! That is when I realized that it was a blessing in disguise to not be served by this establishment and its employees. I will never stop there again. 30 minute wait for nothing.
No A/C in restaurant lobby…hot & very uncomfortable environment 😵💫…I was literally sweating 🥵while I sat there eating my dinner! AND I was very disappointed with food 😖😝🤨…it was lousy food because cook does not make effort & you can clearly see it in his food presentation 😱😩🧐…the bun on my burger looked like it had been plastered down…it was not fluffy like a bun should be…then the lettuce was the core part of the lettuce head…not leafy & green🥬 like lettuce is supposed to be…and the meat pattie: dry & over-cooked…it looked like it had been previously cooked & then just thrown back on the grill to be reheated…but I think I’ll stop here with my review 🤐🤫…unless you would like to go & see for yourselves! 🥴😬
This place is disgusting. I came here to pick up a Doordash order and when I arrived, there was a homeless woman at the counter talking to herself and two dirty pieces of dirty clothing on the floor. The staff didn't pay any attention to it. While I was waiting for the order, a homeless man walked in and asked an employee if he could use the restroom. The employee told him the restroom was "backed up" and when the homeless man doubted him he said "I'm deadassed". When I got the order, another homeless woman walked in and tried to ask me to buy her something. Needless to say, that was my last order for that day.
The best place for dinner and a show. From the cracked out homeless people to the restaurant employees so much is going on at this ghetto location. So bring a friend and a tall can. Enjoy the best of POMONA!
