It really is hard to find good help. The cashier was pretty rude and condescending for asking my party and myself why we didn't go inside to pick up our food when the door was locked and it's already 10pm at night. He even got one of our orders wrong but didn't want to have to deal that again.

On multiple visits I have not been greeted when pulling up to drive thru order menu board. After waiting almost 10 min I again say hello and told that someone will be with me in a moment at this point I say no my order is very easy I want a large chocolate shake. But I pull up to window the person never greeted me and looked confused has to what I had order I would rather drive across town then come to this jack in the box

I ordered online and found it closed. They already charged me. After a week I'm still waiting for a refund and processed it twice through the web app. Will I get it? There is no place worse than Jack in the box.

Decent food unfortunately its gotten way too expensive especially since the minimum wage raise cause none of the fast food workers can get a order right, always missing items or wrong items. Havent gotten an order right outta 4 visits!!!!!

Hours of operations are incorrect. They are not 24 hours. Just pulled up at 1:41 a.m. on a Sunday. 3 Employees were just hanging out, and they said they were closed. Last week, I went around 930pm and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru the line. It wasn't moving, so i just took off. I took a peak in the restaurant. One employee was sitting in the lobby eating while another was in the back, taking orders and cooking. I have been here several times, and every time, the employees seem lost or miserable. This is the worst customer service.

The worst Jack, supostly it is fast food and I wait 45 minuts for order, because they doesn’t have people for work and a los of garbage inside, very bad shape… lo peor de lo peor

I drove up to drive thru, this store! #21482 And employees at this time and this shift, is the worst customer service I have experienced !!! Manager wants back the food? And drink ? Due missed order and communication!! And misunderstanding, So I gave it back! So then I asked my credit card back with my refund back to my card! And so for my experience? In this store And location ? Mic needs to retrain... And I shall NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND LOCATION EVER!

We went to drive in. The food was good but we were a little disappointed with our burger. Didn't have tomatoes. Didn't have pickles. They didn't get our order correctly.
