I would give this place a 0 if I could. Stopped to eat, asked to use the bathroom first. Had to be let in. After seeing the condition of the bathroom we turned around and left.
All the food is good here with the Jumbo Jack being the best bang for the buck along with the Two Taco deal. Couple slight problems though. The dining room closes too early though. Overall, this Jack in the Box is the best, they make the best Jumbo Jacks in the USA here, as a trucker I know so!!

Terrible indoor service ! Went in to order the Dodger special (free Jumbo Jack with the purchase of a large drink) Waited at the counter for a couple of minutes and finally when my order was taken I was given attitude for ordering cheese by a totally different worker "Maria" who claimed to be a manager. She insisted that I couldn't order cheese on the free Jumbo Jack, I asked her why and she just cancelled my order and said that I should go down the street to another Jack in the Box. No one should be treated sarcastically especially about ordering cheese on a burger, then flipping the situation around as if it was inappropriate to ask for the cheese 🤨 Please train your managers to be more considerate to the customer.
Drive through is quick and easy....fast and friendly. Love this jack in the box
Terrible service 😑 Burger was made wrong and meat was dry and old. You could tell meat had been sitting in warmer too long. Atmosphere was good, but hey, It was Cali!
Literally the worst place on the planet the staff argues with you you could look like a celebrity and they still treat you like trash corporate doesn't care staff doesn't care they literally will throw your food at you do not eat here unless you want your food thrown at your face then after you complain they threaten to call the cops
