Our order was well taken care of. The lady behind the counter was very nice. Our food was ok by JITB standards.

Mary was taking my order drive-thru, she was taking my order but with a really bad attitude, she was in a hurry, I guess kind of giving me pressure, and the way she asked what else?, what else? I don't think so was the right one. Also, my sausage sandwich wasn't even complete it was missing almost half of the bread on top. It was my first time in the jack, and I would never go back!

One of better fast foods in California. Many opinions are unfair at least for me.

Extreamly rude and hell customer service, and swindling theif now working at this location I usually eat my tacos with ranch and get a ranch for each 2 set and there's never any issues at every single location I've ever gone to, except for this location. I asked for my usual tacos and at the window I asked for ranch included she gave me one and immediately shut the window I kindly asked her if I may have another one she proceeded to tell me only one is free (this is new) and each packet is 25 cents so I figure okay I'll have two and hand her a dollar, she proceeded to slap the 50 cents with one ranch and slammed the window, I waited for her to open the window again because I wasn't going to leave without getting the ranch I payed for (times are rough and tacos are a treat). She proceeds to argue with me over the fact that she already gave me two, and I come back with you're now charging me for the one that was supposed to be free? Anyway this was such an unnecessary rude experience, needless to say after 12 years of living close to this area and coming to this Jack in the box out of convince I don't trust this location after the cashier trying to swindle me like that and you shouldn't either if you like condiments with your food.

The Double Bacon Sourdough Jack is really super tasty! The service here, as at least one time before, was slow for 3pm on a Monday.

Wonderful food 🫤👍🏼💀Clean restaurant 🪳🦟🐜🪰 Helpful staff 😒💀🤬🖕🏾

I got a burned, stale chicken sandwich, had to toss it. I also got stale popcorn chicken with super oily fries. We got a rude cashier with zero customer service who didnt greet us, she just shoved our bag through the window and said to wait for the drink, she handed us the drink and we politely asked her for 2 extra ranch and she said she put extra in the bag, when I checked we saw she was lying, but we let it go. This is probably the worst Jack in the Box we've ever been to. The workers don't care and it shows. The Jack in Lakewood is the best, fresh food, friendly staff, and no haggling/lying over ranch, I'm never coming back to this Paramount one.

Arrived 3:30 in the drive Thru, but lady said they were closed until 4:30 without explanation . So much for 24 hours drive thru
