Typical fast food joint off of a major freeway. Lots of drive thru traffic. No one was eating inside, so I opted to dine in. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and our food was prepared well. The bathrooms are locked so you have to ask an employee to open it for you.
This is the worst place I have ever been to. I got thr sour dough sandwich and it was terrible. It was dry, over cooked and horrible.
Just came through the drive through and I was the 1st one in line meaning it doesn’t take long. Waited almost 20 mins for my chicken strips and tacos for the tacos to be complete mush in my bag. Stained my cars seat and on top of it I can’t drive back to return my food due to my kids crying the car during the original long wait. I live close by and these tacos are super old. Wasted my time and money when money is tight. And there’s no damned receipt in my bag. the tacos fold like wet paper
While the 24 hour sign is on and clearly seen from the window this place closes at at night including the drive-through. Although I don’t expect the greatest of quality at fast food places, I’ve given this establishment four tries but was left with no choice but to give a review because all have been with bad experience. Apart from being closed during business hours, I’ve also had my order wrong, given very slow speed of service while employees talk and rude when bringing up my concerns. Will not return.
Just went there right now and got food first off, Whoever that overweight woman was working the window and taking my order had so much attitude. Seccond they charged me a 3 dollars extra for what idk. Lastly, look at the tomatoes on my chicken sandwich. A quarter is bigger than the both of them, which sad excuse of a worker and work place.

This is a horrible place to buy food. I bought the fish sandwich as advertised on TV. However, it was very tiny and barely the size of a small meat ball. They charged $8.60 for the small fry and small drink. It's a total rip off. The food was cold and service was horrible.
This place is incredible slow. I order on the app but pretty much all of them only offer drive thru pickup. I was stuck in this line for 30 mins for food I already paid for so I couldn't leave. Jack in the box absolutely needs to add a curbside pickup, at least, or Jack in the Box just isn't an option for me anymore since this issue is at every location. This location, however, is especially slow.
