I ordered 4 tacos, and they were the worst tacos I've ever had from jack in the box. The tacos were so cold I don't even think the cheese was fully melted. I couldn't go back because I have to work but I'm getting my money back tomorrow. And I was gonna give 5 stars recently because the morning crew do a AMAZING JOB!
I get it. They are just tacos. Im not picky with jack but this is the 4th time get cold tacos from jack. Idk if you put them in the microwave. But cold food. God. Annoying.
Yesterday i went there to order a number 14 which is chicken strip combo a sourdough burger and a hashbrown i ate not knowing my food was undercooked abd today i woke up with a really bad stomach ache ive pooped at least 13 times today my stomach gurgly having to go to the bathroom way to many times because ur employee did not cook my food correctly i want the manager or owner of this restaurant to at least give my money back on this ive been sick all day and might have got the flu because of a employee there not having there hands covered this is not fair to a long time customer
I'm from Washington, DC. All the javk on the boxes closed when I was 5. I thought they were all gone. Thank you for giving me a reminder of my carefree childhood. Food really can make you happy.
They always shut down the shake machine after midnite,, they say the shake machine is out of order. When really, they just clean it. And they don't want to have to clean it again before they change shifts.
What do you say about food that you're tired of? Blah and major reason for visit is EBT accepted there. More than once when using restroom my best advice is to roll your pants legs up! Blah yes blah
Everything always as ordered and this is one of the ONLY FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS THAT ALLOW YOU TO USE EBT IN THE DRIVE THRU LATE!
Cecilia I believe.. she is excellent.. had to eat here on back to back days she made sure my order was correct and the food was hot!... very good Jack's
