Seriously Jack n The Box? With the numerous negative reviews and the constant apologies you still cant get your s#$%t together? Food was cold and on top of all that I ordered a sourdough jack and they did not even toast the bread. This is the third time I have come to this facility and ordered a sandwich/burger that is supposed to be toasted yet is not as per the description of the item with the food coming out cold, stail, or undercooked. I have always enjoyed Jack n the Box but this facility as destroyed any temptation and future service I will have with this organization. Get your s@$t together. It shouldn't be hard to make a simple order correct.

It's jack in the box what else can be said? They got good burgers, egg rolls, curly fries, chicken teriyaki bowls, etc. It's as good as it gets when it comes down to Jack in the box locations. They are fast and app ordering makes it real easy plus hey you get 2 tacos for 99 cents on the app. Overall it's a good experience.

I asked for ketchup ONLY on ALL my burgers!! All of them had mayo and mustard! 3 burgers made wrong! I paid for an eggroll, that I didn't get... the medium meal I paid for, got small fries... this location REGULARLY messes up my order! I will go to other farther one from now on... thus us ridiculous!

The lady that was working here today at 9pm is absent minded. I ordered curly fries ,gave me cold FF instead. Medium but I paid Large. Never asked what drink I wanted and just gave us sprite. When we tried to change it, she said we can't because she already made it. Very poor service.

I was shocked at how fast they had my meal ready. I mean the employee at the second window in the drive thru was waiting for me it was that fast. As I pulled out I double checked my order and it was all good.

This place is not on their game. My daughter and I waited 6 min in lobby waiting to order while the employees looked at me but never acknowledged me, including manager. Then could not get order correct. Wasted a bunch of time and frustrated because if you can order by number how can the employees mess that up? They also seem to concentrate on drive through more than lobby customers. While writing review I saw another customer treated the same way I was. This is sad! While here waiting I also watched an employee answer their personal cell phone with gloves on, put phone by fry station on counter and continued to work. How unsanitary!

Worse customer service and staff I’ve ever had an experience with. Spent 45 dollars on delivery for a teriyaki bowl and chicken box for them to drop off one meal and when called not even 10 minutes after getting there and realizing was told the person speaking didn’t speaking English and then hung up. Called for a second time talked to a woman who said you can bring your receipt but I don’t know how to help you. Ma’am I ordered delivery and spent 3X as much as I would if I would of just walked right in now don’t you think I would of walked in and asked for it if that was possible??? Got transferred and was told hm yeah 45 dollars is a lot of money to spend you might wanna come in.. with a newborn !!! Asked for a manager and was told they would be there at 10pm called at 11pm was told there was no manager, asked again when would they’re be one and then was not told a time until I “ told them why I needed to talk to one” excuse me ? So again called in the morning, no answer. The next morning, no answer. Emailed, no answer. This is ridiculous and to think all I wanted was the missing food replaced and instead met with some of the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do NOT waste your time. In store or delivery, if they can’t take a few minutes to make sure all food is put together for a 45 DOLLAR delivery then that shows how much effort they put into orders in store .

Whoever was working, Easter drive-through 6 PM could not get right that I wanted four tacos without sauce. I spoke it in English and Spanish . There is no excuse for this other than he was also a jerk who kept shutting the window while I was talking happy freaking Easter to you too buddy. I also had to work all day today, so what is your excuse because I never treated a single person the way you treated me.
