On yelp this location has a 1.5 star review. This place has a 1.5 star rating for a reason. A well earned one at that. Why in the hell go to work if you can't pay attention well enough to put a simple, unmodified food order together correctly. Over the past 2 years I have visited this location about once a month, and not ever have I gotten my order correct, or if it is right the food has been terribly stale at night. Today is no different after not having been here for at least 4 months, they couldn't get our order right and the salad wasn't even what it is supposed ti be. Instead of an ultimate cheeseburger they gave me one of those disgusting cheeseburger deluxe on those terrible, rubbery artisan buns. We also ordered a grilled chicken salad and it not only didn't have any tomatoes as they're supposed to, but instead of the sliced chunks of grilled white meat like all the other locations I get this salad from, theirs had some awful looking flat, seasoned, orange chicken filet piece of meat. Just a big, flat piece of orange chicken meat, possibly thigh. This location should be closed down or a new owner should take it over since they clearly can't manage to have employees or food that meets the bare minimum standard. If you can't do your simple job correctly, don't sit on the clock to collect a check while you screw with my food that I'm paying money for. I hate this location, it's never been good in the past decade. Most every fast food place in this city are disgusting. They can't close this location soon enough.
The food is usually ok besides getting old fries once in a while and today i got a long hair with my egg rolls. The restaurant is closed most of the night for maintenance from 12am to 5am evrytime I've gone after work between those hours there never open. It's across the street from were I live so I keep trying lol
The food and staff are cool. But you got to be alert cause there's alot of transients around. Other then that the food is okay.
The night crew is good but evenings omg nice employee but bad management don't know why the main girl has a problem with the sauces I ask for 3 and I tell her I'll pay extra she still don't give me the amount I pay for. If people ask for xtra sauce please give it especially if your charging for it.
The cooking lady close the restroom on me , because she thought I wasn't going to order. Later when I ask to use the restroom the cashier was so mean to open . Never again.

Lately, I've been stopping in here before class. And every time I have, I've noticed how slow the service in. And sometimes you do not get greeted right away (or in a friendly tone). Today I came in as I would normally before heading to class. But I decided to sit in and take my time with how tired I am (running on about 2 1/2 hrs of sleep due to work and needing to be at school in a certain amount of time). With that being said, I finished my food and decided I wanted to allow myself to digest a bit before going to class. But I ended up falling alseep accidentally for about half an hr. At some point one of the girls (not sure if it was one of the two cooks or the cashier) ends up yelling over the counter that I couldn't be sleeping there. (I understand why I couldn't be sleeping/resting there) It just personally made me very uncomfortable because of how she went about it and because there were at least 5 other customers in the dinner when this happened. I personally wouldn't have cared if she confronted me on the matter. But the fact that she felt the need to yell from behind the counter with other costumers
My good old Jack your the best in the west nice working people. You hire the best courteous and make the people happy attitude. But I must say the mgr on via Campo and Garfield she's terrible she was rushing me and told me " this coupon has expired" it was only like 3 days old I asked her if she could still honor it she said "no". Most other jacks will honor the coupon if it's only 2 or 3 days old. She needs a reality check. Her customer service needs alot of work
