Should have read reviews!!! They do ignore you! Don’t pay attention. One employee was having a break and when done she left left the table dirty with grease stain on table!!! A man came in from drive through he did not get him hash brown. So when I got my food checked it… I did not get my bacon. Good thing I didn’t go in bathroom after reading reviews do thing I would have like that.😵💫😵💫 as I write this don’t think the manager ever washed her hands or changed her gloves when getting my bacon hope I don’t get 🤢🤮from this!!
They're always late the place is always dirty especially the restrooms .Ignore the customer's. And if they have 1 car in drive thru they will ignore the people trying to dine in they're very incompetent ,they are always ignoring poleople and are rude ,they've been doing this for years corporate needs to shut this dirty place down .This is the 2nd time I had to walk out
Went today on 12/2/2019 Paid $10 for this spicy chicken sandwich when I got home I noticed the chicken was smaller than a $1.79 chicken sandwich. The manager Isabel needs to train her employees on how to treat a customer called to verify why it was so small and the answer they gave me was well you can come back and exchange it, they don't take in consideration that I need to waist more time driving back. How pathetic this jack in the box will hear from a district manager pretty soon...
They need to stop forgetting items in your order I would understand if they are busy but when u are slow what's ur excuse you just didn't want to do ur job right and double check the order
Can't go wrong with a spicy chicken sandwich but stay away from the tacos...
Was in the Montebello area and stopped here. Food was prepared good.
My expectations have been brought to satisfactory levels. Food is consistent and employees are great.
