They got my order right! That's my biggest complaint about most fast food places these days. McDonald's by my house (wherever that may be) can't get an order for 3 items right. JITB has awesome food and my lunch held me over past my dinner time. They were fast and friendly and I love the potato wedges!
Horrible service! I went today and ordered a few items asked for ranch and sauces for my tiny tacos. Was told I needed to pay extra that it only comes with 1. I order this often and have always been able to get at least 2 sauces. So I paid for extra ones, only to get on the freeway and find out that I was still missing some of the sauces I paid for. One of the other employees was even telling the guy to give me the sauce and he refused before I had paid for the extra. Then I find tiny tacos with no meat literally a tortilla round and 2 shells with no meat. When I tried calling the phone number is out of service.
If I could give zero stars I would!!!The worst experience, today. The man that was yelling at us through drive-through. He had the worst customer service ever yelling at women like that. You guys should really check on him doing that to people because he had no reason to speak to us the way he did! We went around 11:30 A.M
Worst drive thru experience of all I got there and the worker started yelling at me for no reason. It was a girl on sept 03 at 11pm. You should check on your workers. She clearly sounds unhappy. Worst experience ever.
Horrible place, it took 30 mins to receive my food. WHICH I DIDN’T EVEN TAKE. The lady who was taking orders was giving so much attitude to every guest. Than as I’m watching the cook prepare the food, he’s touching the food with NO GLOVES AND IS WIPING HIS HANDS IN HIS PANTS. I’m disgusted
If you go in the morning you get friendly hellos and great service. If you go around 8:30 pm like i did, you'll be faced with an older heavy set woman who treats you like its your fault she works at a fast food chain. Very miserable individual. Avoid her at all costs.
Pretty standard Jack in the box. Only issue lately is every time I ask for curly fries they charge me for them and give me normal fries. This is now happened twice in a row so I don't know what's going on with that
lady from drive thru was so rude to top it off i got home and she gave me something i didn't even ask for they should make sure who they hire !!!
