I work late.. 9 out of 10 times I come here between 2 and 4 in the morning it's always closed... for a place to be open 24 hours it sure is closed allot... tacos taste of old oil and the ultimate cheeseburger I ate tasted like dirty mop water... disgusting .... jack in the box usted to be my go to but not no more

It's the worst jack I've ever been too The food doesn't have flavor they don't make it right.. I've been there 2 times to where they tell me I'm going to have to wait 30 minutes until I can place an order
This particular JnB is going through some necessary overhauls when it comes to SoS(Speed of Service) and efficiency. They have hired a couple key new management positions in order to achieve this.. keep it up! And to add to my previous review from a few months ago, the staff is still going through some Guest Service challenges that need to be addressed. I am well aware that obtaining QUALITY people to adjust to Jack's Service System can be difficult, but it is still necessary to ensure profits and Guest Satisfaction stays in the positive. "Can't have Profits without the People(both Guest and Employee)." GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THE WANT WITHOUT THE LIP. Every employee should read ONE MINUTE MANAGER. And the "missing chapter", COMPASSION is Key, as compassion relates to your inner self and transfers to the People. Leave personal issues at home, business is business...the only personal aspects that relate to business correlates with that old parable "treat others how you would like to be treated". The staff and management are awful! Not to mention how dirty the place is! I went there at 8:45pm on 8/17/2023 I promise soon as I walked in I wanted to throw up! The staff and management are very rude!!!!!
This has to be the slowest Jack and box ever two cars in front of me in it took 20 mins to get my order.. can't rate the food haven't gotten xet
There’s always too much going on when I order from this location. Literally wanted to do a mobile order from the drive thru and the lady is asking me to come inside the store “due to a lot of orders” being ahead of mine. What if I was physically unable to get out of my vehicle? Hire more people or something.
05-28-2023. Bad experience, didnt know if speaker was even working never got acknowledged Cory is very rude and lazy dont know why he even want to be there if he is not doing his job. Just took my business somewhere else
