Worse visit ever. I understand it's not the best job in the world. But if nothing else take some pride in yourself. Was greeted by the most hateful cashier ever. Heard a lady in the drive thru politely tell her she would rather get her breakfast elsewhere. The cashier then informed the whole restaurant she was not having a bad morning she was just mad!!! I asked for some creamer for my coffee and was blatantly ignored. If I were the owner or even manager of this establishment. I believe I would take along hard look at how I hired. Needless to say it will be awhile if ever we go back to this Jack in the Box...
My husband and I wanted to try their breakfast tacos. We ordered two breakfast and two regular. The breakfast tacos had no cheese and the regular taco meat - Not the Jimmy Dean meat that was the big selling point for us. Called and the phone was picked up by someone with a rather thick accent (female) who right away sassed off “And how do you know it’s the regular taco meat??” … Because we had a regular taco to compare it to!!! Sadly, we also know a worker there has long blonde hair. It ended up in one of our tacos. The shells are super stale - They leave those puppies out and it is obvious. They also don’t serve the right lettuce. They cut corners and just use the regular lettuce, which makes everything cold fast. Nasty place. Wish there was another one closer.
Got majority of my order right but on my sandwich I asked for no tomato’s due that I’m allergic to them and now I can’t eat my sandwich and also o asked for bacon and no bacon was added to my sandwich Service was good and food was good except the sandwich because of tomatoes and no bacon. Atmosphere was at night so I can’t say good or bad but point is we order food the way went want because of reason on what we want to eat and under conditions of what we can eat I’m sorry for the cook that couldn’t make my food right if you don’t like working late then don’t work late I’m sorry you were having a bad day or what man but now I can’t eat my sandwich and now have to eat my side orders
Walked in a few days ago, service was horrible, food was cold and the atmosphere was horrible. Waited 30, minutes for my entire order and by the time it got to me fries were stall/soggy. Burger buns were stiff and everything was lukewarm if not cold. I dont like confrontation so I just threw everything in the trash and went to whataburger across the street. Your better off going to whataburger with these prices and get better food and service
They wanna act like they try and fix things but they literally just asked me to do multiple reviews. So they could believe that I was sick. Stupid.. and yall starting to pointers from McDonald's? Shake machine always down... get it together.
I don’t know who runs Jacks crack but this place is trash NOW! They need new management.. I’m so surprised nobody is calling corporate on this place (BUT I WILL BE DOING THAT TODAY) but then again it’s rigged because I’m sure everyone knows each other so they have each other’s backs like all of mineral wells🙄
The most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. Placed my order & the lady that was supposed to take care of it just kept wiping down some piece of equipment, looked at me several times as I was standing there waiting for my order. After I finally sat down at a bar table she looked at me again and asked if I was waiting for something. I told her I had placed met order, she looked up at the overhead screen & said, I’m sorry I didn’t see it🤬. I will never go back!
Store employee management and everything is unprofessional the store is in poor condition not very well maintained latitude of the staff is out of this world I would suggest driving to the next city to buy your Jack-in-the-Box needs
