Ordered a supreme croissant (sandwich only) at 6:00 a.m. It took 10 minutes from the time I paid to when I got my food. I was thinking. " Oh cool, they're making everything fresh!" Unfortunately the egg was fried so hard, it was crunchy and inedible. And the croissant was about as hard as wood. (Not joking here unfortunately) Obviously, we're not accepting an order like that. So I went back, and had them do it over. The good news here is that customer service rocked. They were very willing and accepting to do the order over again. And apologized several times for getting it wrong. Unfortunately, the replacement was only just a bit better. The egg was only slightly less cooked till it was a hard piece of plastic, and the croissant was about half as hard as the first one. Certainly not the buttery, soft, and delicious croissants, I've gotten at other Jack in the boxes. From the reviews it seems their food quality is hit or miss. Unfortunately, for me it was miss. Twice within 10 minutes. Sorry Jack, you lost me. (You used to be really good. What happened?) We won't be coming back to this, or any others.

Chris at the counter was a very nice kid/young man. I can't hear very well and he was very patient with me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The food was good and the inside and parking lot were clean. I will stop there again next time I'm driving through.

Drive through girl was not having a good day? She was over being there. Bad attitude. Manager made me wait for my food out front for the next 2 cars to get their order before me...my order wasnt that difficult 🙄 food was ok, fries were cold.

There was a woman screaming at the drink dispenser about domestic issues at the worker ib the back. I had just filled my water bottle my oblt need and was on my way out when her tirade began.

BREANNA NEEDS TO LEARN TO TALK,COMMUNICATE, AND LOOK-TAKE THEM EYELASHES OFF! NO ONE THERE HAS COMMUNICATION SKILLS... DAMN GEN Z & MILLENIALS ARE PATHETIC!

This is in a great location with plenty of other amenities nearby and it is right off of the highway 99. In the past they have gotten my order wrong a few times but what can you do? Just be sure to go to them and let them know something is wrong and they will gladly fix it. Definitely try their deals because they always have plenty of them throughout the week.

Ordered a Fajita Pita today when I opened the paper wrapper, the pita bread was broken horizontally and couldbt hold together.l, so It fell apart. Shouldve wrapped it with a tortilla. Wouldve been more enjoyable.

This the jack you don’t go to at night, like how do you mess up on my order twice first time they gave me someone else and so I went back to let them know nd the second time they gave me the wrong burger all in one day and the food saggy like if it’s been out for hours.
