We came here on a Tuesday afternoon and the experience overall is decent. Plenty of parking and we were greeted when we came in. We ordered a combo and mini pancakes and the food was decent. It came out timely and the food is made well to our standards. There is a couple selection on soft drinks as well as other drinks like orange juice. They have an outlet where you can charge your phone or DSLR battery. There is a few downsides though. First is the transparency on the food. There is no mention on the exact size of the pancakes so we were a little surprised that our pancakes were about 5 cm in diameter. It did mention "mini" but it didn't mention how mini. Another mention is the amount of single use plastic waste is outputted. They could have a dispenser for sauce so customers can pump out their desired sauce amount. They could also switch to recycled paper straws as well. Lastly, we noticed a deal poster on the window but we missed it until after we left. I think it would be better if they could show the same deal on the inside. Bathroom is clean and functioning. There is a sign by the front counter that states no photography or video recording, so no photos from me here.
Not sure why corporate would allow the location in Lynden Wa. To remain open as one of their franchises. They are always out of not just one but usually several menu items any time I have visited it’s always something. Been a Jack in the box customer since 1968 and never been to one so inadequate.pull up to the speaker no one responds.lived in Lynden now for 15 years, same issue for at least 8 plus years now. Demolish this place and put in something where owners actually want to be of service to the community.
Went just after opening for breakfast. Food was very fast , service was good . Breakfast burrito was pretty great and came with a large hash brown. The iced coffee was a little to sweet. Overall pretty good
Decent location! Their tap was non-functioning but aside from that staff were pleasant and accommodating throughout my visit, even going so far as to bring the food out to me, which was a nice surprise! Will certainly return when in Lynden!
This was the freshest Jack in the Box we have ever eaten at. The egg was even so s little soft in my breakfast sandwich. I hear other people complain that they have to pull across the parking lot. I would gladly take that to get fresh cooked food.
I recieved the best service for a dine-in fast food joint, and the placw is kept spotless clean. The staff working are excellent. This was on Sunday Apr23, 2pm.
Was charged for an order that I never received due to them being closed even though the app said it was open. Not one person from management has contacted me back regarding this or my refund even though I have called several times. And still currently waiting for a response very dissatisfied customer
Probably the slowest and worst jack in the box I know. They always close early even tho there sign said 10pm most time we drive thru there around 945 they are closed. And they telling us that they are out of tacos, and if we ask if we can substitute for something else they say no and give us tacos after all. They must have appeared out of now where. Food tasted like every where else but service is not good and very slow. Almost every time they make us park in the parking lot when we use drive thru. Seems like they can’t make food in time to serve people in the drive thru line.
