Cashier took quite a bit to take our order even though all 4 individuals working made eye contact with us and ignored us. They didn't have the correct cups for the iced coffee in stock so we settled for the regular soft drink cup. Drink machine was all out of Coke which seems like whoever is in charge of ordering supplies and products isn't really paying attention to inventory. Recieved food and the chicken in my sandwich was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like the patty was burnt the previous day and then refrigerated only to be reheated and served the next evening. Ended up just swapping it out for tacos. Overall there's no quality control on the food and an obvious lack of current managing experience. Haven't wrote a review in quite some time but this experience definitely called for one.
We always stop at Jack in the box for my kiddo. He loves the curly fries and mini pancakes. Service was good, it took a little longer than usual but all in all it's good for a quick bite. Good value menu too.
The location was good. It was right off the highway and easy to access. The food was good. Typical Jack in the Box tacos and salad. The service was fast and they were polite and professional.
They forgot to give me my drink. I ordered 2 large fries and a value fries. There was exactly 10 little short fries in the the value size. They totally shorted me. How can you give me an almost empty tiny bag of fries? I looked in the brown bag and none was spilled in the bottom. We also ordered 4 tacos and 2 sandwiches but still had to pay extra for two ranch dip for $0.27 each. We got down the highway and had to turn back around to get the drink and the rest of the fries, no apology in fact after I politely told her she just walked away silently and I didn't see her for a minute and I didn't know if she was helping me. I didn't tell her but the tacos were VERY stale. TERRIBLE experience.
African American people do not go to this store they are messing your food up on purpose... Laughing when you spend your money there. Nothing but Hispanics in the store... No help even if you talk to manager. Id rather go on Frank and John Reddit. Is Way better service no matter the race...
The worst Jack in the Box in town... always rude when you go there, simple one item orders get messed up or they don't know what you are even asking for. The managers there seem to know what they are doing, but it's hit or miss. Wouldn't recommend
This place was dirty, musty. The soda machine looked disgusting. The manager was back there dressed like a high school student! Half the staff look like children and they all looked high! The first Jumbo Jack I received had an abnormally soggy bun. And was super messy! I got up from the table to return it and ask for another. And before I could make it to the counter another lady came inside from the drive-thru to have her meal remade. As she left she whispered to never eat here. Smh When I asked to have my burger remade the young man who was cooking the food looked at me and told me he would eat it. Then remade my burger. Just as sloppy as before. This time on a stale hard bun. And when I got the sandwich it was cold! Instead of losing my s*** on a bunch of little kids. I just got up and walked out. Went to the corner store and bought a bag of chips. I literally lost my appetite in there. It's my personal opinion that no one working there deserves a job. Serving any type of food ever again. Smh JACK BOX, you owe me $11.50 my boy!!! And if I were you I would come here on a Sunday night and fire everyone on staff close this place deep clean it and start over again!!! ( Like an episode of undercover bosses.)
How come the doors are locked at 0717? Employees just looking at me and laughing. I came to pickup online order. My order was finally brought out to me... Stranger things episode.... Very unwelcoming.... I rather spend money where it's welcomed.
