nothing better then a fast food open at 1-5 in the morning. defiantly hit this place everytime i get home late and havnt ate dinner or something... definitely only eat it when nothings open 😂 just not the biggest fan of the burgers and stuff and i love burgers so yea but shakes and loaded tacos are on hit every time!
Nice, clean Jack in the Box with awesome employees. I was having trouble with the app and they were more than happy to help me out. I used the buy one get one fish sandwich. Not impressed with the fish sandwich. That was not the employees fault…that’s corporate fault. They have one of those soda machines that has like 500 different flavors. I like that!
JIB is my favorite fast food and this is the one I frequent the most. Service can be hit or miss and the dining room could use a deep cleaning.
The food is nice and good and the renovated insides are super clean and fresh. I specially like the new munchie meals, the service could be better but after covid everything went to hell fastfood wise. I def recommend the munchie meals
I have come here recently, while dinning at this establishment I had to use the restroom, you have to be buzzed in. All the employees ignored me including the manager. I calmy waited they looked at me but never approached the counter, a gentleman came from the back to help me... mind you there are 3 other employees within eyesight of me... they chose to ignore me.
Since i asked for help and couldn't recieve any professionalism i came on here to say I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life, as a manager myself I'm absolutely baffled by the two ladys working there at 12:30 am night shift , when i told the cash register i gave her more than what my order was her response was " we can't do anything the transaction is done, i counted out the right money "and shuts the window aggressively , when we tried to get there attention i said can i speak to the manager , the other lady rudely says theres no manager come back when theres one we can't do anything about it and continues to say " she been in cash register for 3 years she knows what shes doing" as a manager myself at a restaurant there will always constantly be mistakes made no matter how long or experienced someone is which is not okay to assume there was no mistake done when counting the money . I wouldnt recommend coming here because they seem to completely hate there job and deal with customers!
food was overcooked (chicken snack pack). I was the 3rd person in line and it took 20 mins to get my order.
I love this Jack especially since I have a crush on the friendliest gordita that works on the drive thru 😘
