I accidentally gave this Jack in the Box the wrong review - In short, this one is really nice!! Went through the drive thru. The woman taking my order was quite friendly!!! This is rather unusual because you really can't expect that from fast food service anymore. Lovely lady who got my order right. Waited for the food to come and viola my food was all right!!!!! We were just passing through so it would've been too much of a pain to return an order, but I'm so thankful we didn't have to! This store looked really clean to and the location is prime! Right by the freeway exit. Thanks Jack, this store got it right for these visitors. We appreciate it very much!
Food and service are top level for fast food, quick, well executed, and no surprises. The dining room and counter area, however, are quite dated and a bit tired.
Indoor dining open. Drive thru open 24/7. Restrooms are available but have to get lock code. All day breakfast. Lobby open till 11pm nightly on weekdays. Clean and bright at night. The dining area seems clean and does not have any noticeable smell like some others. Unlimited fountain drinks. Easy parking and drive thru. Coke products available. Food prepared quickly.
Drive thru is supposed to be open 24hrs. Not sure what the employees were doing at 1am but nobody answered the speaker for us to order and couldn't see ANYBODY through the window. Drove around to the front and STILL saw absolutely NOBODY inside! They're the only place that's open and I was starving! Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy.
The chicken was super dry! Looks they make most food and keep under lamp.Will not return. The service was good. Food was gross.
The night lady is really good and professional. I forget to look at name tags and don't remember if people tell me but the chick that is there every night is great. She is nice yet does have a sense of quickness to her actions because she always gets the food right. All the different people who work here are good the latino guys indian ladies, latino ladies are all a good team 24/7 and I come here all the time. The Cluck sandwich and the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger meals with the aguas frescas lime or vitamin water are always good if you don't know what to get and you are reading this.
False advertisement. ALL I WANT IS SOME BREAKFAST FOR WORK! This is the third time I've gone here around 3:55 am and they're closed. Took pictures they have caution tape blocking the drive through, but they also have the lights on stating drive through open 24 hours! Now I'm confused 😕 . Fix it please..
#1 I asked for fresh French frys the indian lady said they were fresh an argued with me about making me frys the ones they gave me were soggy an cold # 2 they have what looks like a homeless kid in the lobby jus sleeping at a table must be an employees kid thats very unprofessional . I have worked for jack in the box an the stores ive worked at never did this to their consumers
