Fast, friendly, and outstanding customer service. While on my visit I orders the spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, curly fries, and half Coke half Diet Coke. While other restaurants charge for extra ranch and bbq sauce this location doesn’t. Rosie and Morgan are my two favorite Jack In The Box team members, and are usually the ones to help me out. Always with a smile and an enthusiastic character! Pro tip, if you are still hungry add on 2 tacos (with tomatoes) and a Oreo cookie milkshake I promise you it won’t disappoint. Last but not least, the restaurant is always clean and NO homeless people hanging around like other places. Hands down one of my favorite Laguna Hills fast food favorite!
It had been years since I visited a Jack in the Box and let me first say that I appreciate the service I received because as far as I could tell there were only two people at most taking orders maybe just one. I ordered a burger and fries combo. Worst fries ever... They tasted like ancient burnt oil. The burger was acceptable. But I think it will be a long time before I try Jack's food again. Again, I'm grateful for the server who prepared my order.
They're closing forever, which is just as well since I stopped coming here a while ago. I did an order. They got said order wrong. I was charged full price for a partial product. More than once, I had to wait beyond the drive thru for my order. I doubt management will see this, so it's fine.
I rarely write reviews. The sales associates were just standing around and talking for about 3 minutes even when I was trying to get their attention. The sales associate who took my order could barely speak English. I had to repeat my order 4x. Then it was slightly burned and dried out, ordered large curly fries and box was filled half way. I order 3 but received 4. Requested a receipt and was ignored. The people there needs to be retrained and proper behavior at a work place and how to cook up the food.
When I'm in a hurry I like to stop at a fast food place for lunch. This Jack in the Box was perfect. I got the ultimate cheeseburger onion rings and a chocolate shake. The food was freshly made hot and tasty. I got filled up and it did not break the bank. If you are in a hurry this is the place to stop. Good food and good customer service. Highly recommend
I ordered 2 jumbo jacks. One with onion rings, one with curly fries. Having not been to Jack in the box in awhile, as I got to window to pay, I asked if I could add some mini churros. I was told "No".....my order was already complete, and there were other cars waiting behind me. Really, not the customer service I'm used too. When I brought my order home, I didn't even get the curly fries. I got the regular fries. A little disappointed.
Food is always fresh, despite the fact that they close at 10pm now at this location. I love the fact that you can change it up and add anything to your burger for a real decent price. They're fast and friendly and always willing to take care of you at a moment's notice. Drive thru is fast and the dining is just as quick.
Great customer Service!. I had no clue of their business hours so I drive thru at 9:50pm. The employee working tonight was the nicest and was so patient taking my order. I had no clue he was getting ready to close. I really appreciate his great customer service.I will definitely go back.
