The service was quick and friendly! The food was fresh! I was so pleasantly surprised since our other JitB location is terrible.

The crew working on 5/16/23 did an amazing job with what they were faced with during the lunch rush. The young man who I believe is a manager absolutely crushed handling multiple tasks at once. All while maintaining a great and positive attitude towards the customers and the other employees. Excellent customer service! :)

The lady handed me the food through the drive through I asked make sure it’s all there she named it off and said yes I get home I’m missing tacos Instead of just saying yes it’s all there actually do the super easy job of looking in the bag and giving good service

Let's see my curly frys had no full frys just pieces and only 2/3 full, tried to charge me for ice water, then handed me my order and started to close the window so I had to ask for my condiments before he got it closed. He hands them to me and say bye.

I ordered online and went to pick it up in the Drive-Thru late at night it was a pretty big order as I had some family members visiting me for a few days and I went to get everybody something to eat when I arrived in the Drive-Thru manager told me they didn't see my order on the screen and they didn't know why so as soon as I pulled away I was going to call corporate and put in a complaint because I had the receipt on my phone showing I'd already placed the order and paid for the order soon as I told her that all of a sudden she comes out the front door saying it just popped up on the screen and I believe that was a lie and I've even been told in the past by someone who works there that late at night when they get big orders they try to act like they didn't get them in order to shorten their drive-thru line. Edit: gave them another chance last night and almost the same results. I honestly think they have made me not want any Jack In The Box food ever again.

Came to DoorDash and grab me something to eat. The lady at the window said that she was only doing door dash orders but I went to pick up my door dash order the people in front had there only order a lot of bs cuz he gave her a 20 and no cash was given back. Money talk bs walks. And they take forever. Poor customer service.

Apparently, they have updated their menu to not contain any hamburger patties or someone was just too lazy to actually do their job. I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger whenever I unwrapped it. It seemed very small so I opened it up and it contained a bun one slice of cheese one piece of bacon ripped in half mayonnaise and ketchup, and was missing a hamburger patty completely. Update. I returned 4 months later since the owner asked me to “give us another chance” I pulled into the drive through (brand new menu sign, beautiful) waited a minute no answer so said “hello” still no answer procedes to say “hello” 3 more times. Then when I finally get a answer it’s “ our system is down for the next 20 min” I’ve worked in the service industry close to 15 years I have never had a system go down for more then 2 min to restart. Jack in the box do better. I WILL NOT be returning to this location.

Unprofessional!! I've never seen anyone disrespect an elderly person like this lady, RIGHT now at 8pm 11/7/22 . We waited at the window for 30 minutes for 2 large cups of water and my grandma tapped on the window and a guy, a cook came from the back after yelling the name "CONSTANCE" THREE TIMES that customers was at the window!! She finally came, made us wait ANOTHER 15 minutes then came back and asked us to pull up because we are holding up her line. I'm 28, I was in the back seat and there was NO CARS BEHIND US. Finally 5 minutes later after she lied about her traffic, she got mad and told my grandma, "YOU REFUSING TO MOVE SO I'M REFUSING YOUR SERVICE!" My granny been coming here for YEARS and has NEVER BEEN treated with so much disrespect! This is highly a disgrace to our community, I've seen this lady there before and she's ONLY nice when there are bosses walking around inside, PLEASE fix this situation.
