Hate to do this but I must, I drive up to the menu hoping it’s not going to be one of those nights where the attendant at the window says “do u have a call in order? We’re only taking call in orders” it’s always the guy with glasses I think his name is Darian or something like that. He’s always at the lobby sitting there on his phone. He is rude, like I said I hate leaving these reviews. I would like to praise the guy named Felix (i think) he’s super nice, courteous and always willing to help out. He always has a smile on his face, thanks again. Yaya
3rd time I come here during the night/grave yard shift and it's always something. First it was they don't have any tacos available. Never in my 30 years went to a jack in box and was told they don't have any tacos available. They said they have them but they aren't thawed so they don't have any. And again tried to order but said they were only accepting cards only no cash. My 3rd time coming and they say something like they are only taking online orders at the moment. It seems to me whoever is working these shifts roughly around 12am-2am just do not want to work. I have to drive 15 minutes out to the other jack in box on N freeway and have not had any issues there.
I dislike leaving bad reviews, but the food was cold. When you wait 10 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of you, how is that you get cold food? I mean, aren't we waiting for the food to be prepared? I ordered a chicken sandwich that the chicken and bun were both room temperature. I ordered tacos for my wife, and they were hard and also cold, and tacos are not good cold. I hadn't eaten all day and wanted to pick up a quick hot meal that I didn't have to cook before going home, and this is what I received. I was so disappointed....
Stopped by to have a few sandwiches through the drive thru which were ordered and on the receipt correctly…. Get home and of course the order was wrong…. Call the number online and “the voicemail has not been set up”. Sooo what can you do drive back up there… - nope take the loss. I will be honest the loaded breakfast sandwich is really good when made correctly!! However if mistakes happen there needs to be a phone line to call to get a resolution. Check your food before leaving the parking lot at this Jack in the box!!
Darrian is one of the nicest drive through people I have ever met! He took my order perfectly and was so nice at the window. And my food was fresh and hot! Will definitely be back.
I'm on the night shift and took an early AM lunch. I saw their drive thru advertise as 24/7, but was immediately turned away because they only do Uber Eats and Door Dash in the early mornings. Ended up having a wasted lunch thanks to their FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!
This Jack in The Box is located at a former gas station. We used the drive-thru in the morning for breakfast, but sadly, apparently, the breakfast menu was blown away by the wind. On top of that, I couldn't understand the workers thru their weak speaker system. When I got to the window, I found out the two young men were in training. Therefore, it was a slow, awkward experience.
night crew is always chill and nice, and the egg rolls are my favorite food for fast food. best eggrolls
