1st September 23, 4:20 AM got there to pick up a order… no one at the driver thru or in the facility … i hate it when this happens. Just put a note or something before you leave. So unprofessional. One staff member was sitting on a table and eating and the other was roaming around in the store telling everyone it was closed. I didnt see any reason why.

The older Latina lady that works the drive thru overnight from Wednesday to Thursday needs a promotion and raise. Stopped coming here because the service was so bad in the past. She handled a 12 car line in 7 minutes. Fastest quality service ever.

I've been going to this spot for years. This is the first time I got my chicken tenders all burned and didn't drive back to get a refund. Edit: returned after a month. Food was fantastic!

Just went to get food for my lunch and the lady at the drive through was being very rude and had to repeat my order 3 times, I wasn’t bothered at first because it seemed very busy. When I got to the window she had completely gave a whole different order and had to repeat what I had originally ordered and she was being rude and not trying to fix the issue. I ask her for curly fries, which I got charged for, and ranch. I check my order once I get to my job and I had French fires with no ranch. I went back and went inside so they could fix it AGAIN and she gave me attitude, whispered in Spanish, which I understand, “look what we have here” “Mira nomas” and asked her to trade the fires for curly fries and yelled out to another co-worker (Ester) to give me the right one, he wasn’t doing as she said. She was only standing there not doing anything. I asked her to personally get me my correct item and she rudely snatched the fries from my hand and gave me the correct ones. I have never ever been so disappointed. I have so much respect for food workers but it is not okay for them to treat people rudely because they are finding it hard to do their job.

Placed a order through the app for pickup, when I got to this Jack in the box at 9:20 pm (the dining room closes at 10 pm) the doors were locked and the Manager would not let me pick up my order. But she let another customer walk right in and pick up a very large order and then tells me to walk through the drive-thru 😑

Sandra is so rude at the register. I asked specifically for sausage only in my breakfast burrito and she still messed it up. When I showed her the burrito with ham in it, she went to reach in to take it out with her bare hands!! Unsanitary and disgusting. Learn some manners Sandra.

The worker Diana was completely rude and she kept slamming the door in my face and once I asked for more sauce which I PAID for she kept telling me I would have to be charged for more. She was rude at the order taking speaker and once like arrived to the window she kept slamming the door. She said “let me know when you’re ready” and slammed the door in my face before I could give her my money. This was utterly disgusting as a customer service worker.

I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries. Big mistake. My sandwich was refried as it was hard and the fries refried as well. The employees know what they’re doing. Absolutely nothing. What a ripoff. I wasted my money. These employees should be ashamed of themselves. Ain’t nobody got time to go back and complain. Service has gotten worse.
