The drive through worker named Javier is great. He is the best worker they have had so far. He's pleaseant, you can understand him and he gets your order right all the time. Just had to point that out cause the workers are usually very rude.

To start off, the girl in the drive through had an attitude from the start. I don’t buy from jack that often so I had some questions about the menu. The girl taking my order kept breathing loud like she was annoyed. She rushed me. At the window, I asked if I could add a brownie and she said “we don’t take orders at the window” I asked, “not even a brownie?” And she responded “we don’t take orders at the window.” She was so rude. Then I asked her for 3 ranchs since I did order $30 worth of food, but she said “there is two in the bag” and I wanted to ask for more but she closed the window at me. That wasn’t all though. As I was driving back home and I realized she gave me the wrong size drink and she forgot one of the fries I had ordered. I called and a very polite girl apologized and said she will have them ready for me when I go back. So I turned my car around. I pulled up to the drive through since it was 2:30am and the diner is closed. When I got to the menu to tell her I’m here to pick up the fries, it was the same girl that took my order. I told her I called that I was going to pick up my fries. She refused. She said she put them in the bag and I said I don’t have them. She insisted that she “put them in the bag and if I want fries I have to pay for them”. I told her I did pay for them when I came through the drive through the first time but I couldn’t prove it becasue she didn’t even give me a receipt. I told her what I ordered and she looked it up but She said “I could swear I put them in the bag, If you want fries I will charge you.” And I backed out of the drive through and left. Worst customer service ever. 0/10 never going back.

Every time I come here in the morning the fries are from yesterday I know because they are old and burn, like little black spots and you can taste the burn in them. The chicken on my burger was also old or burn like from a previous day. 2 times I gone here and both times it has happened. So yeah last time I come here early in the morning.

First time at this Jack in the Box & for sure the last. It was about 8pm & drive through had about 12 cars so I figured I'd go inside to order my food thinking it would be quicker. Boy was I wrong before walking in I had to press a doorbell to be let in. Then there was no one at counter a few minutes later I heard someone say they'd be right with me a few minutes after that I was helped. However, before the transaction was complete the person helping me jetted away. I'm there waiting for receipt or to tell me something, not a word. 25+ minutes after that my order was ready. One of the hamburgers was wrong so I had to wait a few more minutes. I walked out & see five new cars in drive through. Definitely not a place I'd return not to mention the crowd right outside that made me feel unsafe.

This place is in a big need of new management, the drive thru menu is a mess and there was just a car in front of me but make me wait like over 5 minutes before they can take my order and I had already 4 cars behind me. They need to remember it is a fast food place.

The worst Jack-in-the-Box, I ever walked into, the employees are walking around like zombies. They don’t acknowledge you I placed my order they forgot two items on the order. The ribeye burger is a joke. It tasted like a defrosted re-cooked piece of hamburger meat eight dollars for that absolute criminal, the two machines that serve soda the nice ones that have all the different flavors both machines were out of order. It’s so sad that the poor franchise owner is clueless of how that store is run. They spend millions of dollars to develop and build these places and have employees who can care less about taking care of the customer or putting out the right food, absolutely atrocious, and the place was filthy.

Waited about 1 hour to get my food , I tried getting out of the drive thru but unfortunately the put these yellow poles all around that makes you get stuck there so and to top it off they got my order wrong so I had to wait extra time they made me park on the side. Don’t waste your time to go and get food there.

Food was hot and fresh, honestly probably one of the better meals that I've had at a Jack in the Box location for a while. Price seemed a little high for the value, but that's not really the fault of this specific store. Where this location loses points is in the incredibly loud and threatening pre-recorded message that plays at seemingly random intervals from somewhere inside of the store declaring that you are trespassing and video is being recorded.
