We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had the Chicken Fajita Pita, and my husband had the Teriyaki Bowl with egg roll. They were delicious. Staff was nice. Dining room was clean.
Ordered a meal. Large. Sourdough jack. Curly fries and I wanted an oreo shake. They changed me 10 bucks for the meal then added on a shake. I tried to talk to her about it and she was pretty rude. The sourdough jack was off the hook though and so was the fries and drink
I don't know anyone who doesn't love Jack in the Box tacos. However, It's always a hit and miss here. Biggest complaint is sometimes I can't taste the taco sauce. Sometimes I can't taste the cheese. Sometimes there's next to no lettuce. I wish they would train their employees to be consistent and not be in such a rush that there's an adequate amount of everything in the tacos.
I would do a negative star if it would let me.. I say look at photos then look what they advertise! I got chicken strips and the salt content was unbelievable! The fries we ordered NO SALT!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!! They call that bacon ?!! Burn cheese on a patty that looks like it was ran over about a million x... don't waste your money slow down and grab food somewhere else.👎talk about false advertising!!! 2 photos are included for what they advertise verses what ya get.😡
Do not buy here. The staff are liars and will take your money and not give you what you paid for. I ordered through Doordash. They admitted they screwed up my order and then refused to make it right. But told me to call Doordash and then threatened to call the police and have me arrested over there mess up. Doordash did not mess up they did!!
I ordered a chicken sandwich with light lettuce and extra Mayo and I got little to no Mayo and 1 tiny piece of old lettuce, and the manager Brian said he personally made this sandwich and it was ordered correctly ! Yeah probably not Brian !! Won’t eat there again !
There was hardly anyone there around lunch time but the drive through line was really long. I put an order in through the mobile app for the drive thru but the manager was nice enough to change it to eat inside. The bacon ribeye steak house burger was decent. I had ordered the pineapple express shake only to find out that they were all out of the mix for it but they were willing to substitute another flavor.
Food was good. Done in less than 5 minutes. Overall just great.
