There was 2 ladies working by them self. For the night. Where I have grown accustomed to bad attitudes and complete ignorance. These two where amazing! Very friendly and polite. These two should definitely be praised. as for any person in the fast food industry These should be who you aim to be!

We went to jack in the box the day we got a bad storm. A lot of the county was without power including stores and restaurants and we just wanted a quick meal. Went to jack in the box they had no line and was quick! Only gave a 4 star instead of 5 because I feel like the staff could have been slightly friendlier but maybe they had something going on. Still an overall good experience.

This was a clean store. Easily read menus. Fair prices as far as fast food goes. Now the quality of the food, it was lackluster I got a buttery Jack with extra pickles he took a long time to receive my food and when I did it was cold. Lukewarm at best. Don't think I will ever return just for atmosphere and cleanliness. The food has to be good for me want to return and it was subpar

As usual, I used the drive-thru. Which I do for most fast food restaurants. I don't like going into restaurants by myself and sitting down at a table. However, that is an option. I ordered a, bacon, cheese burger. There was only one car in front of me. So I was invited quickly to the pick-up window. The prices were competitive with most other fast-food restaurants. The food was good. I enjoyed the lunch. The cashier was curdolious and had a positive attitude. I would give them (four stars.) Considering the all ln all lunch experience.

So being from Virginia Beach I've always wondered about jack in the box restaurants. How do they compare to other chain restaurants? How is the food? How is the customer service? Location? Well I got the urge to try one today. So the family and I hopped in the car and drove 5+hrs to the closest one in Hickory, N.C. When we arrived the place was not that busy but the drive thru had a bit of a line so we decided to dine in. 1 Coke machine that wasn't working and there were a few customers was all that was inside. I walked up to the counter and was greeted professionally. There were many items on the menu! Ranging from burgers to chicken sandwiches to a chicken fajita pita? And even breakfast was served all day. I was excited for the options available. So I ordered 2 ofthe spicy chicken sandwich meal with french fries one with curly fries. 2 orders of the tacos and the loaded mini tacos and a sourdough jack burger plus a chicken nuggets kids meal. The price for everything was about 40 dollars. I wanted to try the chicken and the burger options. So I opened the chicken sandwich the filet was large it hung off the bun. Mayo lettuce tomato was the toppings. It had a southern style breading that was crispy but soggy at the same time. The fries were cold as ice😓. The tacos were different they were deep fried with lettuce American cheese and taco sauce. I think they would have been better if they were fresh. The burger was lack luster. It seemed small and the bread wasn't toasted very well. The cheese was not melted and the toppings stood out more than the burger and it was a bit salty. Ambience, the restaurant was a bit chilly inside. The staff had the ceiling fans going full blast making the air inside cooler than it was. It's only 50 degrees outside... Why have the fans going? Location, it's in a pretty busy area. Lots of stores and traffic. Overall, This location didn't seem too bad. The quality of the food could have been better. And the temperature of the food should have been on point seeing how they weren't that busy. Do I think it was worth the drive.... No... Am I glad I got to try it.... Yes...

We had a good experience here today. Our food was hot and fresh. We went through the drive thru and they were prompt. Not much wait time. Employees were nice and respectful. I will come back.

Fantastic in terms of fast-food. Still has your typical fast-food feel but the flavors are definitely bolder than other places that start with an M ...

I understand that they are short staffed, but if the dining room us closed, put up a sign. I have never eaten at any Hack in the Box and still have not.
