This location sucks. Breakfast is okay usually, but anything else is hit or miss at best. They close at night regularly and claim to be doing maintenance. Jack spicy chicken should be the best around, but this location must hold them for hours and refry at order. I thought I was going to break a tooth.
Extremely bad service. Rude employees and some of them gave us dirty looks especially a girl, I would assume they are racist because we were speaking another language but spoke to them in English and they would just yell at us and laugh through the drive through. No one should have to feel less than when they are trying to simply get food. Not to mention, they forgot all of our fries yet they charged us for them. Avoid this location at all costs (especially if you are a person of color)! Such a shame because other locations are great except for the Hermiston one. Never coming back.
If giving one star was an option I would. Slow and out of products and sizes. Very rude and instead of telling you they are out of something they just take your order and then your money and tried to give me substitutions. Small soda for a large, regular fries for curly, and no bacon on the bacon ultimate cheeseburger. The loaded and sauced widges had no bacon and hardly any cheese. When I said that wasn't okay I was denied a refund and told I couldn't talk to a manager. Then the young lady closed then window.
Food was tasty, staff was great, but it was so hot in there people were just leaving. I can’t imagine what it’s like in the kitchen for staff. I hope they get that place cooled off.
Always check your bags when ordering through drive thru, they never seem to give sauce even if THEYRE the ones who ask if you want any. Also always seem to be missing an item that is on receipt and paid for, they'll just forget to put it in the bag.
They need to fix their drive thru speaker. It's very low and hard to gear..their wait time is about 10 minutes in the drive thru...food was warm and fresh.
Jack in the box is my favorite place to eat. The service is excellent. And they know what I like. Tacos well done
Food was good made quickly had it before I even got done filling my drink and more drink options than I'd ever seen the only reason I rate it 4 instead of 5 star is there was no AC so it was hot.
