Staff was not ready on several occasions to help customer's coming in. At the same, a younger female was being sent home early and she was very loud about it and objective, which didn't seem like a professional thing to do. Food was good though.

The inside was completely empty but still waited over 10mins for our food. Either a employee that was off the clock or a family member of an employee was laying the dining room in a booth with her leg kicked up on the wall like she was at home. She was on the phone talking loudly and using fowl language. The cashier however was nice and polite.

The food looked horrible and grease was running and pooling in the box with brown substance. Ib place an order in drive thru but did not like the way my burger looked. Went issue inside to order something else, The inside of the business was horribly nasty and the employees keys l kept snickering about special sauce on the burger. Waisted $10. I won't eat anything from this business

First time visitors of this chain. Burger was cooked to perfection. Best chicken strips and the accoutrements were so entertaining.

I am not expecting anything to happen. Just putting my experience out there. I was charged for food The Cashier knew..... as in "Yes, Here is your order. we ran out of poppers. We only had 3. if you know my order is still on your counter and you have 3 Why charge me for a full order? as I was standing in line waiting to get my money back, another customer in line was over charged too. He too had to ask for his money back. Never mind the cashier took money,scratched his head and handled the food. Bad Business to cheat your customers. Never again.

This location is usually hit-or-miss, last time I ate there the food was fast/hot, service was good, only problem was the ice in the soda machine was down (Likewise, soda was flat). When I tried to visit today 12/03 at around 12:20 PM, the lady cut me off when I was ordering to say ''We don't serve breakfast anymore!!!'' Instead of arguing the fact that you guys do it all day, or that no effort was made to alert the public of this change, I simply left and took my business to McDonald's up the road!!! If you don't wanna work then don't work, but don't cut off part of the menu just to make your job easier!!!!! I'll just eat somewhere else or commute to a different Jack in the Box, don't nobody got time for none of this!!!

I wished I could post a picture. I never post bad reviews on ANY place. However, I stopped for my first time at jack in the box, ever. The drink was filled about 2.5 inches below the top, on a medium drink with 5 small ice cubes. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I am now still parked out front waiting for them to get done cooking the food, for about 13 minutes now after waiting a few minutes at the window. Terrible service and management from a customers perspective. They need somebody that's going to get them in shape and stand for something.

They messed my order up twice in 20 minutes. I placed my original order to an inattentive drive-thru attendant. She literally asked me my order 4 times. After arriving homes with my taste buds ready, I noticed my order was wrong. I was so upset my fiance drove me back up there to get the correct sandwich. The employee that assisted me was very courteous, but when I got back home my order was incorrect again. He forgot my fries. In addition, the bread was hard. I ended up putting the ingredients on wheat bread from home. Oh, the floor was so nasty, we had to slide to the counter.
