I always get a chicken fajita pita when I stop at Jack in the box but tonight’s pita was a mess! It barely had fillings in it and what was there was falling out the bottom. The employees were amazing but I’m not sure if they were rushed or what but I wish the food quality was better… 😔
I absolutely LOVE going to this location but ONLY LATE at night. The women that work the window overnight are THE BEST!!!! Always very very happy, friendly, Orders are always super fresh and the wait is never very long. If they are out of a menu item they always kindly suggest an alternative. Their customer service is on point, and they go above and beyond every night.
To be honest this is not about the food. A while back I was driving back Home and I saw a man lying down on the road bleeding quite heavily. I helped him up and two young ladies stopped what they were doing to help me until the police came. What an awesome gesture 👏
Later in the evening visit. Friendly staff, quick service. My only complaint is that the tacos were undercooked to where the shell was hard and the filling was not hot. Only a small part of my order and to be honest it is a Jack in Box problem I have experienced at several locations, not just this one. I love those things though lol.
Dined in on 5/15/23 @ 18:50 (6:50pm) The girl working drive-thru was the only employee that seemed like she wanted to be working there. The tacos were good as expected, but the burgers seemed like they weren't fresh and were barely warm enough to melt the cheese. The curly fries tasted like they were either overcooked or the oil needed changed. Other than that it wasn't too bad, the lobby seemed clean, probably because we were the only people in or out since we arrived, most of the orders were through drive-thru. Still better than either of the stores on St Charles Rock Road.
Had never had before, someone else ordered I went to pick up. Had 3 employees, told them I was there for pick up and took another 15 to get food when it should have been done 20 minutes before. Did not like to Tacos
I was the only customer at the store. Had a very long wait for food and the bun tasted stale. I think I know why nobody else was there.
I came about 11:30pm and the service was good, food was good. The fries were a little cold but all around everything was good.
