Our experience at Rosmani has always been above and beyond. When we walk in, Roberto the hostess always greets us with open arms and upmost respect. Emanuel our waiter went above and beyond with his service. Drinks, Food and Desserts are always out of this world. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem for Foodie People. We had the 6 Course Dinner with the wine pairing. Truly a dinning experience.
This jack in the box location ( Harlingen , off the expressway) is our usual stop. We stopped yesterday to order a large curly fries with only cheese and was granted the order. Today we stop to order the same thing and the person taking the order stated it can only be ordered with cheese and bacon. They aren’t able to only add cheese to the curly fries. We asked to speak to the manager and he confirmed. We explained we had just made the exact order the day prior and he said that he didn’t know who took our order yesterday; which is odd if he’s the manager. We drove to the San Benito jack in the box location and our order was granted. It’s frustrating to deal with food chains that decided to follow different meal options. I’ve been placing this same order for years and have never had my order rejected.
This place is always closed by 10pm & is definitely not open by 7am. I go plenty of times & no one ever answers the box at drive thru. You'll be there waiting for ages & no one will ever answer. If you're on a rush don't waste your time talking to yourself here & try mcdonald's..or my personal favorite, Whataburger's app instead. You can order ahead, they have plenty of cheap deals & its open 24 hours..I just got a free shake through Whataburger's app without having to purchase anything.

Terrible service. I went last night to pick up a mobile order. Drive thru and dine in absolutely empty, and the guy was still a jerk. Made me feel uninvited, probably not gonna go back. The service is just as terrible in the mornings. Seems like the employees hate their job.
I was really disappointed in Jack. I'm self employed but found myself having to work on a Sunday after church. Stopped to pick up a quick snack for the kids before being able to have a more sit down meal. We picked up 2 orders of loaded fries and a drink. It took about 20 minutes from the time I order until the time I got to the window. When I got to the window I noticed they were only giving me one set of fries instead of two. The girl at the register finally got my order right after a few more minutes; however, she kept my debt card. It was a nightmare. I noticed I was missing my card when I needed to pay for something and tried pulling out my card. Luckily I have another checking account. Here is where the show started. I tried calling Jack in the Box and no one would answer. The line would ring and ring and then there was no place to leave voice mail. I tried calling all Jack in the Boxes in Harlingen and no one would answer. I called someone in Weslaco and was successful in speaking to a nice manager. There was nothing management could do. I was hoping they had an internal email or cell phones they could use amongst themselves. After hours (I was working) I managed to speak to someone at a location in the same city and they commented something about the card could be lost or stolen which doesn't make sense being that drive through was the last person to have it. To make a long story short: I got my card back but it was a bad situation and none of us enjoyed the snack. 😥

So their advertisement doesn’t really look at all like the actual Triple Bacon Cheesy Jack Combo. The burger is as small as a Junior Size. The burger is not. Regular size Jack. Then the curly fries they served me for a small doesn’t even look like curly fries. They gave me crumbs. See photo. Disappointed.
