Took a few bites of my burger and wondered why it felt cold, gotta do better sunshine strip night shift.. smh
2 Super Tacos for a buck is how Jack got my attention but egg rolls instead of fries, genius! Jumbo Jack takes care of my hunger. Quick competent friendly service. Clean restroom & Dinning area.
Always happy to visit this location, the food is always hot and the service is fast. Maybe a little more smiles would upgrade the service in my opinion.
I asked before I left, if everything was in the bag. First of all had to repeat myself alot, I didn't get my condiments, my tacos had no sauce. I asked for butter milk, got buffalo sauce?..?... I was missing food & I got no straw. And I asked before I left....
In the midst of the fast food “chicken wars” I decided to give jacks grilled chicken sandwich a try. Well I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Normally I get the value chicken sandwich which at this point would’ve been much better choice. The grilled patty was small, way smaller than Wendy’s, chick fil a. It’s texture was very “thready” so to speak. Unless I just got a bad chicken-patty I was extremely unhappy with it. Would be willing to try again but I think I’ll pass. Also the fries, were cold and it seems the oil was old cause the fries had that crispy coating. Won’t return, at least for a while.
I never write reviews because usually it’s never this bad… but we ordered the nacho munchie meal and it didn’t come with the onion ring or the sauce, bottom bun was toasted but the top wasn’t. We also ordered a chicken tater melt munchie meal and the croissant was toasted for too long and was burnt. We didn’t get cheese on any of the tacos of the munchie meals.
Me and my wife always try this one because it's closer to our home. But every time we do we get the wrong order and we even try using the app to order so it's clear and still get the wrong order or overcharged. We have the absolute worst service here and it's garenteed the worst place in Harlingen to eat.
Egg rolls is all u need to try..... Last time my order was way wrong and tgey made up for it.....today i was floored....my second visit to this particular location .....of course we can start with a less then enthusiastic greeter....who was not alot of help....and kind of made everybody feel bad for asking questions....next the advertised sign says $6 but we were verbally told it would be $8....the tacos were pretty sad ....spicy which i didnt know and dont eat and had no cheese.....there was no rice for our order so of course we offer to wait its been the fifteen minutes still nothin.....now for the inconvenience they offer to make it right with a shake...i ask can we just get egg rolls instead u no something we want....i actually was told no only the drink.....if this place were packed thad be different....but when u have one other table and there ur friends theres no excuse....ands its freaken super hot n muggy in here so yes i for sure chsnged my score and wouldnt recomend this spot sorry
