Same as all Jack in the Box. I like it. It's an acquired taste. I love the Jack's Secret Sauce. You need to ask for the packets to put in the hamburgers. Love their Tacos and Shakes. I been eating on an off for over 65 years. Trump Likes McDonald's. I like Jack in the Box. Also, better prices
I had to repeat my order to the cashier twice because they weren’t paying attention. Ordered 4 Junbo Jacks with cheese 2 orders or tacos and 2 orders of halfsie fries , some of the burgers tasted king of off , like the meat was old . One my family members did feel so well after . Next time ( If I go back to this place) I’ll ask for all the food to be fresh . The burgers I got were sloppy and messy . Lately this place has been going downhill food wise and service . Do better Jack in the Box
I was so disappointed with my order. The service was terrible. The lady that took our order couldn't hear us and we were speaking loud and clear. She kept responding, "what!". This was extremely rude. After receiving our order, the drinks given to us were incorrect. When we informed her, she looked at us like we had made the mistake. My shake was also made incorrectly. I've ordered many shakes from Jack in the Box and the shake I was given didn't look like the shakes I normally get. I feel very bad that due to one employee the entire Jack in the Box corporation looks bad. I hope she receives the correct training that she needs. Perhaps food service is not the best place for her to be working.
People who work there have great customer service... But as far as the food.... I picked up an order of 4 jumbo jacks Upon. Biting my burger the meat tasted off.... i thought was just me... but then my brother who also works in food service let me know tht it seamed the meat had gone bad or they didnt clean something . we ended up throwing it all away..... I would like to hear from the manager. If possible
Jack in the Box one of my favorite places to eat this one's located off the 60fwy and Hacienda Boulevard I got to be honest I had issues with this Jack in the Box in the past I can understand once maybe twice . my order I would receive parts of mine and my family order always something fries and a burger wrong drink wrong size it could be that that new people working there ,oh yeah I call it in and they tell me you come down and give you give you whatever your missing out of the mail but that's time , lost time you're not going to get back back oh well it adds up if you stop thinking about it no 50 bucks 45 bucks spend feeding family but this time they're good so I can't complain have a good day stop by and try it out
False advertising then the manager stated she isn't authorized to give refunds. Ummm what? I wanted the chicken club as advertised on their sign but it was made not how it was pictured. No more bacon, cheese or mayo instead an orange spread. Like change the picture or put a sign not available anymore.
There are still problems with the app. Discounts do get applied and it's difficult to customize your food, it's very basic. JiB should figure out how to use the discounts at the counter, like McD and CJ's, but just my opinion, either way I will still frequent JiB, it's my favorite place to to eat. I really enjoy the variety of food sold and the overall quality and value.
Ordered a sausage croissant this morning and the sausage was cooked until black! This JITB has always had problems... from the service to the food. Every time I go I'm reminded why I don't go too often. The diet coke is good though! 🤣 No love for the food from any employees!
