Love these tacos. They beat Taco Bell hands down for value and taste
we don't have Jack in the Box near me where I live and I haven't been to one in years now. I'm staying in the Dallas area for a few days and saw one down the street form me and was hungry so I went to the drive-thru. there were six cars ahead of me. each car took at least 5 minutes at the speaker placing their order. took me nearly 30 minutes just to get my order placed. took a long time just to pay as well after placing my order. when I got my order he handed me the wrong thing. when I finally got my proper order, the fries were already cold and soggy. The egg rolls were hot and delicious. The sourdough burger I got was just okay.
I honestly don’t understand why the health department doesn’t shut them down. This Jack in the Box location is disgusting inside. Not kept clean. The service is incredibly slow even in the drive through. So many times I have tried to give it another chance but they are usually out of something I try to order or I sit in the drive through forever waiting. Long wait even when there are no other customers. They are never busy and I can see why. I wish they would have knocked it down instead of Wendy’s. I will spend my time and money elsewhere.
I just called 10 times trying to get a hold of the manager. The phone was not answered 6 out of the 10 times I called. 2 times I was able to get someone on the phone but as soon as I asked for a manager they hung up on me. The other two times, they proceeded to ask me why I needed a manager. I told them, I wanted to report a labor violation. They hung up on me both times. I called Friday 8/18/23 between 2:50 pm and 3:05 pm. Whoever works this shift and answered the phone is very unprofessional and needs to be fired.
This store is listed as 24 hours on the jack in the box site. I just tried to place a drive thru order at 3am and I was told they were closed unless I was with Uber eats or Door dash. There was a car in front of me that placed an order just fine but I was turned away. Looking through the reviews of this location this seems like a common occurrence. Very disappointing, and it really makes me not want to spend my money with this company.
Today august 9.2023 at 1:49 am. The lady she work she let me stay more than 20 minutes. And she take 1 car only and they talking for more over 15 min. And it was not busy. For 2 cup of drink. Bad customer service.
Pulled up today to get food paid almost $20 for a large drink whole cup was ice which makes no room for tea so I practically paid for ice oh and paid $5 for a plain bun meat and cheese jumbojack this burger was small as hell I can go to burger King and get two burgers twice the size for $6 and my sourdough jack I told them no tomatoes and bacon what do they do put tomatoes and bacon on it I appreciate the fast service but they need to slow down its not even busy at all and they still managed to mess up my order I won't come back to those location again $5 for a small pain burger with no veggies or sauce on it its a ripoff if u ask me and I'm a food critic and I give this place honestly a 4 food tasted good but ridiculous prices and workers not listening to customers I'll just stick with burger king u actually get what u paid for
Went through the drive the other night at midnight. This time I came at 10pm and they said they were closed? Plus two car ahead of me placed an order. Seeing that this is reoccurring, seems like it’s not being talked about or fixed.
