I couldn’t get a DoorDash order from you because either your new menu is messing with DD’s mobile ordering protocol or your so called “system” isn’t working properly. Really?? Fix it now or you will lose a customer forever.
I think it cool that JITB has a new menu. The new Fave sampler box is a hit. The loaded mini tacos are pretty good, too.
Food prices are to high. Jack in the box was my to go fast food but I couldn't afford it any longer.
Just got the sandwich meal. Fries looks super dirty and the chicken is raw! Need to avoid this store from today. Disappointment every time
Just good fresh fast food. They struggle to get my order correct.
Doesn’t get that busy and they take FOREVER to give you your order in drive thru. Had only two cars ahead of me and had to wait 50 minutes just for one meal. 😐
The staff is very friendly. The food is always fresh.
I have been going to this particular location for decades. I love their tacos, but the sauce is a little too spicy for me...so, I simply order light on the sauce and they get it right every time. I also like my fries on the lighter side, so when I order fries, I ask them to be light. I always get them perfectly. I mentioned this to a friend who said, "oh no, I don't like light fries. Their fries are perfect." It's all up to taste. Simply ask how you want your food cooked. They always get it right - as the food is made to order. Fast, friendly, good value. One of my favorite places.
