Two out of the three jalapeno poppers were empty shells and looked like Smurf slippers, but other than that the food was good and the order was correct.
We have visited this location several times. The staff is usually very friendly, just very busy. The restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms, just getting worn and dated. They do have the new soda machine with a gazillion flavor combinations. Something for everyone. We have picky eaters who always modify their selection, and they are usually fine with the changes and get the order right. The sourdough jack and curly fries is a definite favorite. We have yet to try the mobile order, but someone popped in and picked up their order while we continued to wait. There may be something to that we have yet to discover. Probably faster.
Ordered food for my family tonight via DoorDash, after waiting almost 30 minutes we got a notification that our order was canceled because the store was "unable to fulfill our order". What the heck??? We got zero other explanation. Why couldn't they fulfill it? Were they entirely out of cheeseburgers and french fries???? In the past when a restaurant couldn't fulfill part of my order, I get a call explaining it and offering alternatives. Nope not from this location. I even tried calling to find out what happened and no one answered. We've given this location multiple second chances (slow service, incorrect items, etc). But this is officially the last time. We are done.
The driest burger, didn't matter it was covered in sauce. Ewe
Just made the mistake of giving this place a 2nd chance. Insanely slow service. I arrived at 12:54 and left the drive through at 1:15. I asked for ranch both when ordering and at the window and was told "its in there" and there was no freaking ranch.
They did not speak English and it took 30 minutes to get my order inside worst jack in the box in California horrible expierience food was sloppy and they did not know what a chocolate shake was or curly fries very rood and cussed people out in Spanish my shake I ordered was chocolate but it was vanilla with fruit in it two customers behind me left and went to McDonalds the cup was cracked with the shake in it and leaked all over the place had to wait a additional ten minutes to get another shake after requesting another up to put the shake in etc the hamburger was very old and sloppy they did not know what curly fries were or onion rings etc very rood Mexicans there at this place and the only white person that spoke English had only started it was his second day had to translate to them after I waited 14 minutes to get the order straight this is and was my worst jack in the box I ever visited ever
My visit here was great I was able to easily order my food and get it and it had minimal delay. The food was delicious and made to order hot which was excellent, the working staff was nice but slightly behind on getting both the drive threw and lobby or dining area food to everyone but all worked out and everyone was served. Overall a nice visit the location looks great and loved being able to sit and enjoy my food Thank you!
Sourdough burger was good Tried the new fries with cheese And bacon those were great had a Bit of communication prob with the Young gal at register but we worked It out she was young and probably Nervous I'm old and white with deep voice I guess I scare people But all good
