Food was made fresh AND service was great! Money well spent…….
Ordered the loaded breakfast platter didn’t get my French toast sticks and my hash brown was so wet it falls apart (picture I just picked the hash brown up and this is what happened) I tried to call and number is no good very disappointed I go here way too often for this to happen
By far the WORST I have ever had. The first time I went my order was all wrong. I decided to give another chance in hopes of it just being an off day. Nope. Food was all stale and cold or stale and obviously reheated. It doesn't take 20 minutes to deep fry a large fry and 6 chicken strips. Then, to add to it, soda is always flat. I now hold tacobell to a higher rank than jack in the box. Absolutely terrible. If your coming here just off the freeway, take the time to drive the 2 miles into town for whataburger or McDonald's.
Lobby could use a little remodeling or at least get the a.c. vents to stop dripping. However the staff was great and the food was just right. I could see that they had been busy for a while but still smiled, were courteous and got our order out In a timely manner. Thank yall.
Worst Jack in the box I’ve ever been to. They only had three employees and it took forever (30 minutes) to get our two tacos. One of the managers was in another world high on who knows what. The other manager was really doing his best and I felt bad for him as a fast food GM myself.. I love Jack in the box! But this location is poorly managed.
Slowest services ever, the girl was rude and she didn't even fill my drink to the top. Should've known better than to come here.
I ordered a cheeseburger and some onion rings. Took a while to make, so I assumed everything would be fresh 2:30 in the afternoon. Not busy. But what I got was over cooked burger, over cooked onion rings couldn't eat it really bad. Coke was good. Jack in the box used to be good. Not any more. Such a shame
Its been years since ive last had Jack in the Box, and i was rather worried that this would be a not-so-yummy experience.. But. It was fantastic. The food was great, customer service was cheerful and polite while quick work was done and the place looked pretty clean 👌
