Saw the drive through line was long with cars about 7-8 cars… I went inside thinking it was going to be fast/expressed… nope.. Should’ve went into the drive through because well… it would’ve been faster….. If I was gonna wait this long I would’ve went to a real restaurant
If you go at night. The food is always cold and you’re waiting 15 plus minutes in the drive thru. Half of the time they get your order wrong. Sometimes the person taking the order is high, you can smell it. Dissatisfied with the night crew. Tired of paying a lot of money for cold food
Closed lobby, have to wait for a pickup delivery order now. EXTREMELY slow. Pay workers living wages so that there's actually acceptable service and enough staff. I don't care if my meal cost more.
The young lady taking my order was beyond phenomenal. Totally respected my dietary choices & made sure it was as ordered. Even added two hot sauce packets in my sandwich box. Who needs fine dining. This is It! Thank you so much for being great, as well as having hot & fresh food items.
Grill chicken Sandwiches was OK (Chick-Fil-A better). Chicken Fajita Pita was good. Soda needs more attention as it tastes bad, not in its original taste = maybe need replacement...Meal value is OK, not expensive.
Wasted lunch break coming to a closed sign on the window, while people were still picking up food in the parking lot. Don't know the details but 0 stars until it's open for lunch.
The service was horrible huge delay waited for 20 mins manager was yelling and rude to the team members then the team members were in a mood and you could see and hear why. And with all that..my order was wrong..
Been coming here since 2019. Friendly staff, timely orders and most importantly correct orders. In occasion we will get a few over done hash browns, but that’s typical for any fast food. Food quality comparable to any other Jack-in-the-Box.
