Basically a hamburger fast food place so one Jack in the Box is really the same as the next Jack in the Box, which is not bad at all. The food quality, ordering to food received, service and product variety all were very good. The young man who took my order was efficient, personable and very polite; good job mom and dad. Jack in the Box is my favorite fast food \ drive through spot.
Quick service ordered the Sour dough Jack meal & 2tacos. Occasionally I order fast food but not often. Decent 🍔 & tasty tacos. Dixon location seemed well managed.
The food was great, there's only one cashier for both drive thru and take in order. We've waited for more than 10 minutes to get a service, because she had to take 3 orders from drive thru before she took our order. Not a great service from this location. It's not the employee's fault. It's the staffing.
I don't recommend this jack in the box. Their slow, and the wait time is really long. Especially if you do doordash. The drive thru is a long wait. I spent almost an hr in line. They never have enough people to work there. There have been times that they close early, and they don't stay open 24/7. There are many times when I eat there, I get food poisoning.
I'm very disgusted it was about 3 people in the store. I ordered food for my family Saturday night I really just wanted a night off from cooking. I ordered a milk shake I guess she over filled the cup so instead of her using a spoon or the top she takes her FINGER and runs it across the too of the cup knocking the extra ice cream off🤮 If that wasn't bad enough she takes her finger and sticks in her mouth and put the top on and goes to serve it to me🤢😡 I ask her for her name then she asks like she doesn't speak English. Then the guy tells me it's No Manager on duty
Ordered 2 burgers. I had to say it 5 time still didn't get it right got to the window found out my order was never put in and had to correct the employee again multiple times of what i wanted. went back through so I didn't hold up peoe behind me got home and I had the wrong burgers
Worst experience at a drive thru yet. We were waiting almost a whole hour for food in the drive thru with others while they are “Open 24 hours” and nobody came out to inform anyone stuck waiting that they had taken last order and closed. So not only did we wait but another 2 or 3 cars did. No notice no sign no communication for us to not waste our time and gas, absolutely poor customer service and as a former Manager myself they ought to be ashamed. Go to Davis and save yourself a whole lot a time!! Wish I could give 0 stars.
Night manager went out of his way to help me and make clear he was concerned for my service. He was clearly under staffed and over worked due to the recent staffing issues, but managed to be pleasant and helpful after a long day.
