I visit here regularly, each visit is always a positive experience. My orders are ALWAYS accurate and each employee has been polite and knowledgeable about their job. I definitely recommend trying this location! Thank you all so much!
Just stopped to dine in. On the door the hours said 24 hours on everyday. We got inside and the employee behind the counter said she would be right with us. Then the manager seen us and looked at the employee and told her at 9 to lock the doors. Employee said that is in a couple minutes and I have a couple that just walked in. Manager said to her I know lock the doors and said something else we could not hear. Employee then came to the counter and said the dining room is closing at 9 and we could order but had to take it to go. We said never mind since we came in bc we didn’t want to eat in our vehicle. Employee was very nice tried to wait on us but the rudeness of the manager over shadowed her. The manager did not care how she said it and cared even less that we was standing right there. I don’t have a problem if the hours was 9pm dining room closing. But it was not posted. And by the way she said it that was not the case. The employee seemed surprised she was locking the door at 9 even though there was people there to eat. But was told we had to take it to go. Please if you don’t like your job, for the sake of the company and their customers quit.
**update** management personally reached out to resolve the issue. Changed to 5 stars I don't get how the workers are always nice and the food is hot, but the tacos never have cheese and sauce. I've gotta go home and finish making them. If we order 10 tacos probably 3 of them will have cheese
Long wait at the drive up big order ahead of me but they were polite and my food was hot
Horrible management...everyone is a manager that works here... I am stuck in their drive thru, no way out... I have ordered through the app many times to use the deals and for whatever reason the app wouldn't work. Tonight so I went to the drive thru and explained my situation and he ( whom claimed to be managment) Jun 27th,2023 @ 11:24 pm refused to sell me food with the app deals and told me that the jack in the app is not made by jack in the box and refused to help. And so here I am stuck with no way out of this drive thru. Who would have thought that posers have high jacked their menu, business name and location to sell their products...
I've waited 9+ long years to be back by a Jack in the Box to get the scrumptious tacos! They didn't disappoint and took me back!
Besides the long wait in the drive thru it was a good experience. The food was good! Service was of fast food quality. Their outside decor was ok.
I hate to agree, but the other customers are correct, very abrasive employees. Not sure I would go back, but there are other places to eat...
