Went through the drive-thru and had to repeat my order 4 times. I was the only car in the line and still waited a bit too long but I made a couple modifications like adding grilled onions and sourdough to my ultimate cheeseburger. When I finally got the food the patties were dry and cold, the cheese wasn't melted & sourdough bun was burnt. The curly fries were good despite not being fresh either. This was the first trip back to a Jack in the Box in many years and now I remember why I stopped coming. I keep doing this with places with same results some things are best not revisited.
I understand how easy it is to forget things when you’re trying to do multiple things at once, but when you keep forgetting things and messing up the the same order over and over again it gets a little bit frustrating, I had to go in because they forgot three of my items and when I told him they insisted that I didn’t it but I checked, and it was clearly not there. I had to wait about 5 minutes for them to make them and when they gave it back to me, they were still missing one of the items, and I had to repeat to them again and wait another 5 minutes for that single item.
Oh how I do so enjoy a well run Jack in the Box! And this one is a winner 🏆 🥇 forsure. Very clean establishment and grounds. No tash or debree in the parking lot or building side as well as no yucky oders on premises. Very professional and friendly staff members and well constructed burgers and delicious hot fries. I give them 2 thumbs 👍🏻👍🏻 up.
Waiting in drive thru for at least 10 minutes....only ti get home and ALL 3 orders Of chicken wings were supposed to be regular and every order with spicy. I only think correct in our order was the French fries not even the drinks were correct.
This is one of the places in DHS that accepts EBT SNAP BENEFITS/PROVIDERS. You can now get whatever you want at this Jack in the box with EBT. Customer service at this place was very attentive. Very nice employees and great service.
Sign indicated open 24 hours a day. I was turned away and was told that they were on break. I was told to return at 4:30am when they would be back from break. I returned, and ordered a cheeseburger, fries and drink. The cheeseburger looked nothing like the picture on the menu. It appeared small and the veggies were barely able to see.
When for a late meal, finally got my food at the window, so we waited for them to come back to the window because she forgot some stuff, When she finally came to the window started assuming we wanted to complain and said "I already gave you everything you needed your not missing nothing at all" she was rude and all i wanted was some sauce she forgot to put in my bag
Not much of a fast food person, but I do want to enjoy it, when I do. Jack in the Box has really stepped up their game. The food is good, I remember since I was young I enjoyed their food, and now with new style of bread and fries, it is even better. And some of those new Chicken burgers, are really good. And even understaffed, you can see their hard effort to try to please the customer. Friendly staff. Thank You guys for your hard work
