Love the food this last time I ordered the #2 & my daughter got the $5 special plus a side of loaded taquitos. I ordered a 2/1.89 tacos, couldn't finish them, and took them. The tortilla dissolved in less than 5 minutes. It was funny. Guess the heat in the vehicle plus the grease dissolved the tortilla, fed them to the stray cats, they didn't want them.

Burger patties were old so they were hidden in the intimate bacon cheeseburger. Did not hide the old dried out patties. As a long time fan I was looking forward to this as I live in North West Florida. Over all sad food.

Your go to here will probably be sandwiches. Got a pita bread-had tons of lukewarm chicken pieces, a couple pieces of shredded cheese, a tomato and a bit of lettuce, looked very unappetizing, went back to get a sandwich. Fries were lukewarm, churros were drenched in oil. The only thing I like here is the iced coffee

First I went through the drive through, I had to wait ten minutes before my order was taken, then to add insult to injury I was told they didn't have what I ordered. I pulled up to the window to pay, none was there for another three minutes. Then my order when it was taken to me looked as though the someone was already drinking the shake, when I inquire what happened they then told me they had no whipped cream or cherry and forcing me to get a coke instead. The worse Service ever...

I asked if it was okay to pay on two cards and they said yes. Turns out they couldn't and they couldn't refund the card they charged so they gave me cash back and I waited an extra 10 minutes after that only to have them forget my tacos. It was very slow, only one other customer. They didn't even apologize.

Service was ok soda machine wasn't working sodas where being served out of 3ltr bottles restrooms and restaurant are in need of a extra good cleaning

Just bought some bf after waiting 15 min was missing my hash browns, went back, just to wait in line another 15 min by that time my croissant was already cold. And when they gave me my hash browns I just took off so when I took them out about 3 blocks away guess what they’re cold!!! Omg !!! So I’m calling the number on receipt it says the number is disconnected!!! Who do we complain to ? Anyone have a number? I can call ?

It has been days that this store does not have cups, napkins, straws or other items to serve the customer. Today July 3 they did not have any drinks available. I asked the manager and the clerk and they seemed not to care about it. They were very rude. The man with glasses and a black cap was very rude. I hope someone can come and look at this before they ruined the store.
