6/7/23 Found a piece of a tomato slice in my coffee when I was getting breakfast with my girlfriend. I've been through this jack in the box a few times over the last couple years when I come to visit crescent city so I do want to point out that the quality of their food is great so of course I wasn't expecting this. I called soon after and they directed me to their manager and when I tried to explain she got defensive and insisted that it wasn't possible and it would have been seen in the Drink. After talking over me for a moment I explained to her that I wasn't looking for a refund and that I was just disappointed at the state it was handed out. Overall upset with the way the manager handled the situation and the lack of interest in what the customer was stating.
I don't usually review fast food chains, but I do like to review at least one of each of the big ones. This is my first time here (being from the midwest). Absolutely - FANTASTIC! One of the BEST burgers I have had for fast food (or otherwise). Their small box of tiny loaded tacos is...an experience! I do love their variety on the menu, from chicken and burgers to...tacos? Great stuff!
Our order was taken by Duke, he was extremely helpful and friendly! Everything went great until the lady manager came to the register and started yelling at the employees in front of everyone...I was horrified at the disgusting way she was treating the staff that had been so friendly and helpful. She even grabbed my daughter's food off the counter that was already paid for, and was arguing with customers. This manager needs a lesson in anger management. My husband finally had to intervene..I feel so bad for the employees that work with her.. They deserve better
Will never come here again. Ordered 2 burgers. Only got one. Thank God we checked our order. Had to go in and the service was NOT good. They should've comped us for their mistake. Nope had to pay. Good luck to the girl that doesn't know what customer service is!!!!😣
It took forever. The place was very run down. Weeds, dirty, dark and scary looking area. Took took thirty-five minutes to get our food. There was only two cars ahead of us. Thought it must have been a unseen reason, so decided to give them a second try only car this time ordered tacos took twenty minutes.
I am stuck on how to rate this place. We came to town visiting our son and ordered on the mobile app for takeout. We get to the restaurant and there was only 3 of them working so we were patient. While waiting we noticed the guy with red hair cooking in the kitchen fast as lightning but no gloves. That wasn’t a major issue. What was kinda gross was that he would grab buns with both hands smack them against his shirt on his chest to pop them open and toast them. The front counter guy got part of our order boxed up then stopped and got a drive thru order bagged then would go back to ours and when we got our order we were missing items so we told him and he would get us one of the missing items then bag another drive thru order and then we would get another missing item and this kept happening. Wouldn’t go back just because of the amount of frustration and lack of thoroughness.
The crew here really knows their stuff, I have worked fast food before and if you have a poor team it can really stick the life out of you, but these guys always look vibrant and happy, great teamwork and communication in the kitchen and amazing customer service
Some of the best fast food in Crescent City. My wife and I prefer their chicken sandwiches over the place with the arches. And they get the order right like 98% of the time! Their shakes are good, too, and their ice cream machine doesn't break. 😉 Good breakfast burritos too! I strongly recommend doing drive-up because the facility itself needs a thorough refreshing, like, it's ghetto in there.
