The tacos were underdone for a change. Maybe that's better than overdone like the Jack in the crack in Alvin, TX. Idk
Jack n the box has so much potential and this poor store must be ran by someone who needs more training.. The food has always been delicious and for the most part fresh... I like to go here instead of Burger King or McDonald's... It's good if your hungry and need a quick meal...
They forgot my fries, and wen I went back to get my missing fries they took a very long time because the the that was making them did not wanted to make them . I don't know if the manager was having problems with that employee, but it was a big inconvenience for me . The place smell like pee . My tacos 🌮 had very any meat . Was the food service ever.
The food was good, the wait can be long sometimes in the drive thru but other than that I haven't had any issues. Food was hot and order was correct.
Grossest burger I’ve had from them. The meat had to be at least 3 hours old. Just disrespectful to serve to someone
I wasn't able to get my lunch, because they had the lobby doors closed/locked. Employee was signaling me to go threw drive thru but I couldnt I have a trailer hooked to my pick-up. I even pointed to employe that i had a trailer and just threw his hands to his side like 🤷♂️. Disappointed with this location and with the attitude of the employee.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Employees of any shift are RUDE & do not want to work. I’ve worked at jack in the box before & I did my job. Every time I order they get upset at the fact that they have to DO THEIR JOB. I can hear them laughing & talking smack in the background. When they take orders they’re not professional. I once asked for 10 tacos & instead of letting me down nicely the guy quickly said “we ain’t got no tacos” with attitude. Making tacos takes but 30 secs. There was no reason to be rude. They hire the worse people for this job no customer service whatsoever. They don’t greet before taking orders or say anything after giving out the order. HORRIBLE
The breakfast jacks are addictive the best sandwich for the morning and the money
