Experience the worst service, experience the most non sensible order taker, experience the "Indian Jerry Lewis" of Chino Hills. Why they allow this person to deal with customers is BAD foreign management. They have plenty of other workers there, who are quick witted, smart, wise, good listeners, BUT, they put this dude to face the customers? Shouldn't he be in a call center back home, he can't even count "tacos" correctly, takes 20 minutes to fill ice, needs constant annoying re-instruction from co-workers, employees, strangers, please dear God, stop hiring family members to work in family businesses simply because they are tooooooo incompetent to work in corporate, STOP NEPOTISM, it HURTS your business model, leave employees non-related. Luckily, this place is near the high schools, but I did see a dad angry at his daughter for taking too long, not her fault, it's the slow confused NEPOTISM staff members bumbling around, looking at screens, clocks, timers, pathetic and sad.

I ordered a 3 taco combo meal. It was exactly as expected. I love the crispy tacos. And the fries were delicious.

I was Not satisfied with my food And very disappointed with the staff at this location. , I ordered tacos with only meat and cheese and told them no lettuce or sauce because that gives me heartburn I get my tacos it Had EVERYTHING on it 🤷‍♀️so I went back to let her know and she was MAD and had the worst ATTITUDE made me FEEL GUILTY. I then leave with my new order of tacos and my other food and go home and OMG one taco had meat on one side of the shell with no cheese... the other taco had just meat 🤦‍♀️my Jumbo Jack had no onions a smear of Mayo. I just think it's unfair an establishment like Jack in the Box just to throw your food together carelessly is not right ..we go to these fast food places to enjoy food not to be treated unkindly. When you work customer service your main objective is to greet and want to serve the public..employees are VERY RUDE! and DONT CARE how they treat us costumers. To the employees WHO GET ANNOYED with the customers and ARE NOT HAPPY TO HELP that walk away on There phone and start texting and ROLL YOUR EYES you're in the wrong line of business if you do not like your job then don't work there.

This might be the worst jack I've ever had the displeasure of going to. The first time I went the kids that work there were fighting to see who would take my order. I was standing there with my two daughters watching two teenagers fight to see who would take my order. It was insulting. The second time I went was 11:30am on a Sunday drive thru. They weren't taking orders because the staff was taking their lunch break. They told me they were on their lunch break and to come back in 20 minutes when the staff finished their lunch break. I have never in my life been told by a fast food drive thru that they were closed for lunch break. So I drove away. This is the worst jack I have ever had the displeasure of going to.

Was surprised to see that dining room is still closed and we cannot even order inside, doors are locked. Forced to use drive through and sit in line. Food however as well as human service was great. Spicy Chicken Sandwich, yeah! They need help though, signs are posted. Stimulus checks won't last forever...

Visit was okay, received food in a usual amount of time, and food was as expected. Staff were odd, seriously would give 5 stars, but they were neither stellar or friendly. Otherwise standard Jack-in-the-Box. Not likely to visit again. Would recommend Chic-fil-A if you are in the area, or if you must have a Jumbo Jack I do recommend the location on Chino Hills Parkway, they actually have a superb interior (I think they can do meetings there, actually) and the staff have always been good.

Seriously there is something wrong with this jack in the box. Its 3:22pm on a monday afternoon and yet their dining is locked while the drive thrus is running. This is the 3rd time ive been to this place that there has been something wrong in one form or another. Do yourself a favor drive the extra 5 minutes for wendys thats nearby

It was 10:15 pm my wife and I decided to grab some snacks and decided to drive thru on this store. While stop at the menu screen to order I noticed that no one was answering or trying to greet you. I looked and checked thru the window I saw two employees hiding behind the counter and I wished I took a video of it. I don't know whats going on with them. It used to be my favorite JIB restaurant NOT Anymore.
